The location was perfect and Kaibosh 9 to 5 was a great place to stay! Had everything you could want. The owner and caretaker were engaged and very helpful.

Condo was in a great location. We enjoyed the Bio Bay out back as well as closeness to Rum Point walking distance.

Great location!

The property was in a great location and we loved the use of the kayaks and bikes! Several restaurants Nearby that were all fantastic and just a walk across the street to the most beautiful beach!

Rum Point

Great location on Bio Bay, across the street from Rum Point. Easy bike ride to Starfish Bay, and Kaibo restaurant. Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Great access to pool and kayaks for the bay.

Quiet getaway

Property was clean,quiet and relaxing. Beach is close by, restaurants are just a short drive away unless you go to Georgetown. Very low key area.

Great Location

This property is in a great location. The bay is beautiful and then it is only a short walk to Rum Point which was also beautiful. The property had everything we needed!

Summer trip

It was a great property. Very convenient to the beach and bioluminescent bay was amazing. We had a problem with the a/c when we checked in, but they responded immediately and fixed the problem right away.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful house and great location. We were looking for a relaxing holiday and this was perfect. House was well kept and had everything necessary for our stay. Loved having access to the kayaks and the bikes. Short walk to the beach and to the restaurant at Rum Point. Kaibo restaurant was also close by so we enjoyed their Beach BBQ on Tuesday night. Would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful property with lots of amenities such as 4 kayaks, 5 bicycles, snorkel gear plus more, my wife and I have stayed in different island houses and have never been disappointed, being across the street from Tim point is a bonus, you can take a catamaran from there too snorkel at different places plus great restaurants right there and don’t forget the snorkeling is amazing just to the right of the dock at rum point, make sure you go out just past the dock to see sea turtles and stingrays and big colorful fish

Beautiful house, great location

Our stay at Sunset Island House was wonderful. The home had everything we needed and more! We loved having our meals on the outside porch, and kayaking at night on the bioluminescent bay. The pool was steps away as was Rum Point beach. Highly recommend!

Ideal location for a quiet vacation

We really enjoyed this rental property. A beautiful view of the cove and only steps away from the ocean and Rum Point. Gorgeous beach! The unit was well equipped and suited two couples beautifully. The nights we cooked in we sat on the lanai and really enjoyed having the spacious table and chairs there.

A wonderful villa to stay while at Rum Pointe

My husband and I stayed with another couple at this perfect spot in Rum Pointe. The house has everything you will need. Josh is quick to respond to any repairs or needs while staying at the Villa. Make sure to go kayaking in the Bioluminescent Bay right behind the Villa.

Great Location

This amazing place was exactly as described. The beach was across the street and the Bioluminescence Bay was in the backyard. The condo was neat and tidy and had everything you would need. Rum Point is still under construction but there are plenty of lounge chairs available and the beach bar and grill are open.
