Slainte, another word for cheers in Ireland is a 6BR/6BA gulf view, Destin area vacation rental + pool house in the privately gated community of Seclusion Dunes in the Seagrove area of 30A. Located on a quiet street running parallel to the gulf, Slainte offers guests a private pool, flat screen TVs in every room, and expansive views of the gulf from private balconies. Pool heat is available for an additional charge.

The first floor of Slainte hosts the open living area, a queen suite, and plenty of space for entertaining guests. The kitchen leaves guests with every possible amenity they can wish for at their disposal. Stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner Dacor gas range and oven, a center island with 3 bar stools, and all the necessities to cook a gourmet meal are all provided. There is a breakfast table with seating for four just off of the kitchen and a formal dining area for 10-12 guests off of the living room.

The living room seats 7 on plush couches and offers views of the pool and pool house through three sets of French doors. A large LG flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a fireplace allow guests to watch a movie in comfort. A full bath with standalone shower services the open living area.

The first-floor queen suite provides convenient accommodations for guests who have difficulty or prefer not to climb stairs. The bedroom is fitted with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bath with a standalone shower and dual sink vanity.

The second floor hosts the master suite, a king suite, and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks. The king suite and the bunk room share a bathroom with a standalone shower. The master suite offers views of the Gulf, a private master bath, and a flat-screen TV. The master bath has a dual sink vanity, a jetted tub, a standalone shower with a rain head, and a private water closet.

The third floor of this Destin area vacation rental is dedicated to a studio king suite and additional entertainment space. The studio features a king bed, a living area with a large flat screen TV, a love seat, a book and movie collection, board games and a game table. This room was designed to entertain with a wet bar and 'captain's roost' balcony that overlooks the Gulf and the rear of the property.

The fourth suite is located in the pool house on the rear of the property. Featuring a queen murphy pull out bed, the pool house hosts a game-room setup, a full bathroom, a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, and a wet bar.

The outdoor space at Slainte allows guests to experience the great weather and beautiful 30A surroundings without having to leave the property. The expansive front porch has a porch swing and is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at dusk. The deck in the rear of the property has a grill and al fresco dining area for four.
