**PET FRIENDLY:** We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place. There is an additional fee of R$150.00, which must be included in the number of guests. If the pet causes damage to the furniture, a fee of R$300.00 may be charged for cleaning upholstery and carpets, ensuring a quality environment for everyone. Important: dogs that bark or become agitated in the absence of their owners should not be left alone in the apartment. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay!

The apartment features a suite with a queen-size bed and a living room with a new and very comfortable sofa bed. The balcony offers an incredible view of the sea, considered the best in the city for watching the sunset.

We do not provide sheets, towels, or personal hygiene items (water, shampoo, etc.), but we do provide 4 pillows and 1 comforter. Guests must bring their own bedding: for the Queen bed (40cm high), flat sheets are preferred, and for the sofa bed, queen or king size flat sheets are also preferred.

Don't forget your bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and your sarong to enjoy the beach.

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooktop, 4 small pans, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge — perfect for preparing quick meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea, with 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in provided by the reception staff, a swimming pool, and a gym.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is distributed into a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. They can also enjoy all the building's leisure areas: a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym. The condominium has its own parking lot with valet service, insurance, and is paid separately, directly to Orlapark (it is mandatory to leave the keys). Entry and exit are possible 24 hours a day.

IMPORTANT: Download the app for your booking platform on your mobile phone and activate notifications! As soon as you make your reservation, pay attention to the messages sent directly through the app's chat. All essential information for your stay — such as address, passwords, and instructions — will be provided there. We strongly recommend that you have the app installed and notifications enabled to ensure that no communication is missed. Remember that chef-in starts at 3 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can negotiate a late checkout in advance.
