The apartment has one bedroom (suite) furnished with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. You can enjoy a balcony with a beautiful sea view and watch the sunset.
We provide bed linens for a double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, there is no linen change. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request a change 48 hours in advance from the host. For 3 or 4 guests, bring a double sheet for the sofa bed (preferably without elastic) and a single sheet for the mattress. Don't forget bath and face towels for 3 or 4 guests. Also bring your beach towels and sarong for sunbathing.
The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooktop, pots and pans, and basic kitchen utensils, ideal for small meals. We provide a microwave and a mini-fridge.
A vacuum cleaner, iron, and hair dryer are available for use.
The parking lot is located within the condominium itself, has valet service, is secure, and is paid for separately directly to Orlapark. Entry and exit are possible 24 hours a day.
The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, facing the sea. It features 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception staff, a swimming pool, and a gym. Within the condominium complex, there is a self-service laundry facility (Bubble Box Santos) available for an additional fee.
**PET FRIENDLY:** We accept 1 small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate place.
There is an additional fee of R$150.00, which must be included in the number of guests.
If the pet causes damage to the furniture, a fee of R$300.00 may be charged for cleaning upholstery and carpets, ensuring a quality environment for everyone.

We strongly recommend that you have the app installed and notifications activated to ensure that no communication is missed. We recognize that your pet is part of the family! We are pleased to inform you that we accept 1 small pet per rental, provided they know how to relieve themselves in an appropriate place. Please note that there is an additional charge associated with the presence of your adorable four-legged friend, so please add them to the number of guests. It is crucial to emphasize that, by bringing your pet, the guest agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the furniture, especially the cleaning, if necessary, of upholstery and carpets, in the amount of R$300.00.
