- The main level includes a fully equipped, updated kitchen with seating for nine, a formal dining room for four to six, a quiet living room with a sleeper sofa, a family room with a fireplace, piano, reading nook, and a 55" Roku TV. A convenient half bath is also on this level.

- On the first floor, the primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, private en-suite bathroom with a 6ft soaking tub and dual vanities, and a 40" Roku TV. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin bunks, share a full hallway bathroom.

- The second floor offers a spacious king bedroom with a 40" Roku TV and window A/C, plus a smaller bedroom with two twin beds, an excellent setup for a family with young children.

- The basement is designed for relaxation and play. It includes a queen bed in a private corner (tucked away to have privacy like a bedroom, but without a door), a pull-out sofa in a different area of the basement, with a 40" Roku TV, foosball, ping-pong, plenty of board games, and a dedicated work area. A 3/4 bathroom and laundry room with new appliances are also located here.

Guests will also have access to a two-car garage, and the home offers central A/C for year-round comfort.

The backyard is designed for connection and play, with seating for 12, two dining tables, a natural-gas grill, a charcoal grill, and a patio with a basketball hoop. Terraced grass areas offer space for yard games or relaxing in the fresh mountain air.
