There is a high concentration of high-quality hospitals here as well as impressive mansions. Along Madison Avenue, there are many dining and shopping opportunities. For culture lovers, the Frye Art Museum offers classic paintings while the Town Hall hosts concerts, book talks, and community forums. The First Hill Streetcar connects this neighborhood with Chinatown and Capitol Hill.
