This beautiful house is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in Great Exuma, the sought after Tar Bay! The house has 280+' of beachfront to relax on, catch some sun or swim in the breathtaking tourquoise water. We have 3 lots so it is extremely private! You can walk this beach for several peaceful miles. There is a hammock to lie in with the water lapping in your view while you enjoy a tropical drink! This 2 bedroom house is decorated with colorful, tropical furniture and fabrics with great attention to detail for the most diserning traveler. It features most everything you need to not really have to leave the property unless you want to. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Thermador 36' range, GE refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Also includes Nespresso coffee maker, blender and and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The beds include a King size in the Master with the finest sheets and linens (John Robshaw) while the guest room has 2 twins. There are 3 flat screen TVs with DVD players in each room and a Bose Dock for music. It is truly a place that when you arrive you never want to leave. The visual beauty from the large deck on the Sea is second to none and cocktails in the evening with the view of the Caribbean sky is quite extraordinary. You will leave well rested with a desire to return as soon as possible!

Beautiful!

Perfect getaway! The house was peaceful, clean, and right on a quiet beach with crystal-clear water. Nancy was wonderful—she accommodated our last-minute changes due to flight issues with kindness and flexibility. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Amazing property on Tar Bay!!!

This place was AWESOME!! I have stayed in a lot of places all over the Caribbean and none of them even come close to this beautiful clean house right on Tar Bay! We had an amazing trip and will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic. Exceeded our expectations!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront property in Exuma. The house was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, with every amenity we could’ve asked for. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality appliances, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We especially loved all the water toys—kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear—everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The location right on the beach was stunning, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

First time in Bahamas

We looked for alternative to our typical resort vacations, and lucky we came across Holiday Affair. All property descriptions were right on, and most reviews hit on what our experience was. Great all around property on a beautiful beach!

Second visit, as magical as the first

Sometimes a second visit somewhere doesn’t live up to the first. Other times it’s just as magical - as was the case with our second visit to Holiday Affair: Perfect location, close to the airport, close to Georgetown, secluded beach, incredible views, that wonderful ocean breeze when you open up the living room doors, reliable internet, and Apple TV (to access your own subscriptions services in the evening). Thank you Nancy for allowing us to stay with you again. We love your home!

Beautiful home right on the crystal blue water

We stayed at Holiday Affair with our two kids who are in college. You definitely need a car if you want to explore the island. But the house is beautiful, well appointed, and on a beautiful beach. We took daily walks, and swam daily. Close enough to Georgetown but also within a drive to grocery stores and the Grand Isle Resort that has a beautiful view and a nice restaurant. Nancy was wonderful leading up to the trip and her caretaker was lovely. We would stay here again.

We’ll Be Back

Wonderful property on a beautiful white sand beach with plenty of space to roam. Kitchen was great to prepare meals in and the deck was very enjoyable for morning and evening relaxation. Wish the water had been a bit calmer but it was close to full moon.

Felt like home

This spot was perfect for hubby and I...I love to cook and the kitchen had EVERYTHING as well as straws, to-go cups, beach towels, sunscreen...the list goes on. We stayed for 8 days and didn't have any real issues with the sand flys/fleas, that was a first, and it was in a great location to the airport and Georgetown.

Perfect for Relaxed Family Vacation

Our family of four (two daughters 17 & 14) had a fabulous week at Holiday Affair. House was clean and had everything you need. Water views are spectacular and from most rooms in the house. Beach is fantastic with white sand and gorgeous water. You basically have the beach all to yourself and it's only steps from the house. Would definitely stay here again.

We could not have been more happy! Incredible, private location. Comfortable, clean, great linens, just a great, fun filled house. We enjoyed the paddle boards and sea kayak as well. Would love to come back and stay.

Summer Vacation

Our stay was awesome as always in Exuma! Owner was very easy to work with and responds quickly to any and all questions. Was nice enough to allow us an additional night stay at the last minute when our flight home was canceled late in the evening after multiple delays throughout the day.

Outstanding home, location and beach location.

Wonderful setting, quiet and very relaxing!! Five stars all around. Basic amenities are provided generously, and a kitchen with all of the appliances anyone would require. Washer/dryer a big plus. The gracious use of the kayak, paddle board, beach tubes, and beach towels another plus! We have been to Exuma 5 times, first time staying at Holiday Affair, we will continue to stay at Holiday Affair for our future returns.
