This is a single-level home with a new large deck.



The Space

Bedroom 1

Queen-size bed with fresh linens and blackout-friendly curtains. Quiet, comfortable, and designed for a good night's sleep after a day on the mountain.

Bedroom 2

Bunk beds — twin on top, full-size on bottom. Perfect for kids, teens, or friends who don't mind a little adventure with their sleeping arrangements.



Bathroom

Full bathtub with shower. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh towels.



Kitchen

Everything you need to cook real meals — not just reheat leftovers. Full-size fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Coffee, creamer, and tea are on us. Dining table seats 6 with a Smart TV right there — breakfast and cartoons, dinner and a movie, you choose.



Living Room

Wood-burning fireplace. Board games on the shelf. The kind of room where phones get forgotten and conversations actually happen.



Laundry

In-unit washer and dryer. Because mountain trips with kids generate laundry — we get it.
