In the midst of neighboring international dignitaries and quaint embassies, yet steps away from all the action. This space is one of four in a beautiful Washington Richardsonian Romanesque townhome turned multi-unit building.

YOUR PROPERTY:
A 2BR apartment with a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen (January 2022) large windows facing trees on a quite elegant French-inspired residential street. Tastefully furnished with masterfully handmade Persian rugs, soft-to-touch couches and pillows, and warm wooden furniture that will make you feel right at home in a green DC suburban neighborhood one to three blocks away from all that DuPont has to offer.

This space was furnished to satisfy all your living needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with entirely new items to cook your favorite meals if you choose to miss out on the unbelievable dining scene in the neighborhood.

The open-concept common area is connected to the dining area and the kitchen. The space features a mid-century modern dining set comprised of genuine wood pieces. This space totes a detailed wooden fireplace mantle, an exposed brick background, and wall greenery that beautifully complements the handmade Persian rugs and household plants.

The master bedroom hosts a spacious queen bed near a large window that provides an abundance of natural light. This room also totes Victorian-style woodwork, an exquisite antique Persian rug, exposed brick, and a wooden fireplace mantel.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed, closet, lamp, and two small windows. (We are in the process of adding additional wall art and decor to this room.)

The bathroom includes a standing shower, washer/dryer (seen in photo), and bathroom essentials including a hairdryer.

The apartment has WiFi, lots of storage space, seating for multiple guests, and a bar counter with high-chairs to enjoy each other's presence while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire apartment. There is a shared patio on the ground floor that you many use on first come first serve basis.

Two codes will be provided, one to the secure building door and another for the apartment itself. The hosts live nearby so any concerns can be addressed quickly!

If a guest wants to sleep on the couch, please place a sheet over the couch as a cover.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Guest can get in touch via phone, text, and message as needed. We are usually asleep by 11 PM as we’re professionals so if you need anything please let us know in advance.

OTHER DETAILS:
- Your comfort is our top priority so if you let us know you need anything specific in advance we would be more than happy to do our best to arrange it.

- The unit is on the second floor and requires one flight of stairs to access. The main building door is on the same floor as the unit.

- Stays longer than 60 days require a deep cleaning of the home (not including organization of personal belongings or laundry) every 30 days. By booking with us, Guest agrees to the monthly cleaning and it’s associated costs.
