A newly renovated bathroom (2024) completes this level, delivering modern comfort and thoughtful design throughout.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire home includes the front door to the garden and the back door to the courtyard.

Nestled in the heart of Queen Anne, one of Seattle’s most sought-after neighborhoods, this home is surrounded by tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and an unmistakable sense of charm. Known for its elevated viewpoints, local boutiques, and beloved cafés, Queen Anne offers a perfect balance of quiet residential living and easy access to the city’s cultural core.



Getting Around:

Just minutes from Seattle’s most iconic destinations—including the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, Lake Union, and downtown—this home offers effortless access to the city’s best attractions while maintaining a peaceful residential feel.



Other Things to Note:

**Parking Garage Information:**



The parking garage can accommodate 2 small cars or 1 standard-sized car. It is located on a lower street between 8th Ave W and 9th Ave W. To reach the parking garage, travel on Olympic Way W and turn onto a small street after passing 8th Ave W, just before reaching 9th Ave W. The garage will be on your right. You will need to walk a fewer stairs up and the house will be on your left.

The GPS normally directs you to 8th Ave W, you can park along that street. From there, you will need to walk downstairs to reach the house, which will be on your right.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:

Remove all perishable items

Take out the trash

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip linens from all used beds

Place all used linens and towels in a pile

Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances

Close and lock all windows and doors

Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

Free street parking is easy to find (please read the street sign for parking)

If your stay exceeds two weeks, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. For monthly stays, we charge for actual utility usage and request a deposit of $100-400.
