This renovated condo is a one of kind located oceanfront on the best surf beach in Los Cabos. The condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Satellite TV, Pool, hot tub, extra services provided upon request such as private chef, surf lessons, babysitting, maid/laundry service, airport transfer and private tours. The master bedroom contains a King Bed, and the two additional rooms have queen beds. The walk out convenience is perfect for surfers and or families that want to be steps to the beach.

Great vacation

Our family had a great time at Las Olas for spring break. We have stayed in Las Olas several times and twice at this condo. The condo is clean, well kept and has a beautiful beach view. Carlene is wonderful and very responsive. We hope to come back many more times! We enjoyed our stay!

Carlene was amazing, she was so accommodating and helped us book a chef to come to our home and gave us amazing info all week. Definitely the best condo in the complex. I better reach out and book our stay here next year… Thanks Carlene!

Surf Spot Extraordinaire

We modified our flights to escape an east coast storm and our host Carlene Leier generously agreed to host all 7 of us for one night until we could go to our previously booked hotel (that could not accommodate us early). The photos on the listing very accurately represented the accomodations. The apartment was very comfortable for the 7 of us. What was a pleasant surprise was the outdoor space. I knew it was nice but did not realize how nice! The patio was mere steps from the ocean. The sounds and smell were heaven. The pool gorgeous, the hot tub was great. My husband went to the surf shop next door to rent a board while we ate at Zippers - steps from the condo. We sat on the patio and watched my husband surf. The location is a short drive from the airport and not hard to get to at all. This stay was a home run for us and we are considering returning for a longer visit in the near future.

Best Surf Location and Unit.

Celebrated our anniversary with two other couples who surf. The condo is nicely appointed and we spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the ocean, view and the easy in and out for surf and swims. Beds and pillows are comfortable and no noise from the highway. Liked that the AC was separate for each room as I don’t like icebox cold like some do and could keep the living areas at a temperature comfortable for going in and out without a drastic difference. Security was great and the grounds and pool are well maintained and it is a chill and quiet property. We didn’t rent a car as we just used the inexpensive Uber service to do a grocery run and out to dinners. Communication was great with Carlene and Omar her manager. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is minor repairs that did NOT impact our stay in any way. Will definitely come back to stay in one of Carlene’s units as it has everything for a relaxing stay in SJDC. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Great spot for family surf trip

Beautiful apartment and views, great set up for our family for the week. The location is not walkable except for a couple of restaurant options on the beach (you need a car as the property is accessible from the highway), but we were there to surf which we could do right outside our door! Owner was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay.

Black Mold in Bathroom

Overall condo was nice, good location. There was black mold in one of the bathrooms that was covered up with paper taped to the wall. You could still see the mold around the paper and the ceiling tile. Very concerning health hazard. Should not allow occupants to use a bathroom with mold.

Great spot

Very easy and relaxing experience. Everything was a breeze and well communicated. The condo itself was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend, especially if being right on the water is important to you.

Great unit for a family. Ground floor was very convenient for beach and pool access

Las Olas is our happy place. This was our first time in ground floor and now I think it is our favorite. It was as if we had our own cabana by the pool at all times. Morning coffee on the patio and evening sunsets were a treat. Only comment is that that the unit was missing a beach umbrella. We bought one to use for the week.

Great condo ideal location

This condo is in a great location right on the beach in front of theee surf spots. Zippers , the Rock, and Old Mans. The condo itself is clean and well kept. You are located 5 minutes away from a major grocery store and multiple bars,restaurants, and shopping area. This is my second year renting the same unit and Carlene the owner is great if you have any issues. I highly recommend staying here if you like being right on the beach. I will be back for sure. Great family trip

Our family had an amazing time on our trip! The condo was perfect, clean and updated. Carlene, the owner, is friendly, helpful and responsive to any questions. She also put me in touch with Maria, a chef, to come cook a couple nights. Overall, a wonderful location and perfect surf spot. We look forward to staying here in the future!

Amazing property!

This condo and complex was perfect for our family vacation! Carlene was very responsive and even helped coordinate a chef for dinner one night who was amazing and well worth the cost! We will definitely be booking a stay here again!

Family/ friends Spring break trip

The owner Carlene responds quickly and is very nice to work with. We have stayed in this condo before about 3 yrs ago and had just as a fabulous time this time. Perfect location and the linens and beds are very comfortable. We can't wait to come back.

The apartment was better than expected! Comfortable beds, soft sheets and all of the amenities you could ask for. I highly recommend this property for families. The pool, the beach, location were all superb. Thanks again!

Our unit was great and access to the pool and beach were easy. Stellar views from the patio.

Access to the property by car is a little tricky and at times nerve racking coming off the highway given traffic is coming / going fast. Most everything was lovely with our stay. Our recommendations to the owner for the unit would be a larger coffee machine, fixing the headboard in the smaller front bedroom and cleaning the canvas patio furniture more regularly. ; ) Overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

What a gem

I almost don’t want to share how awesome this place is so I can keep it my little secret. It’s so much nicer than the pictures even show. The view from the living room/patio is amazing. Having walkout access to the pool and beach is awesome. The beach and water here are great. Way better in my opinion than anywhere in Cabo.

Must stay here!

We had the most incredible time staying at this condo! The location was absolutely perfect with respect to where we were within Cabo and how close we were to the beach (literally on the beach). We wanted to stay somewhere with great style, a full kitchen and close proximity to the beach and pool. We hit the jackpot with this place! The property: exactly as described in the listing. The condo is the corner unit on the ground level and has an amazing view of the ocean, just steps away. It is also steps away from the pool, outdoor shower and a short walk to the surfboards and other rentals. Neighbors are friendly and everyone staying at the condominium is respectful and quiet at night. Great touches with the lighting throughout the unit. Bed is insanely comfortable with the softest sheets! Access to the condo and the beach is all code based, so no keys necessary to carry around, which is nice. Location: perfectly situated on the beach, the location can't be beat. Also easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Cabo Surf Hotel is one cove over to the right if you're facing the ocean (can walk along the beach at low tide) and is a great spot for breakfast or any meal if you're looking for a nice dining experience that's ocean-side. Zippers is also close, but is much more casual (all depends on what you're looking for). Host: Carlene was a pleasure and answered any questions we had about where to eat, yoga, massages, etc. Omar was there to welcome us when we arrived and we received fresh guacamole, salsa and tortilla chips upon arrival! We highly recommend this place and will be returning soon. Thank you Carlene!

Last Hoorah!

We planned this trip last minute to celebrate my birthday as well as have some family time before our little one starts school. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the amazing host. She was so helpful in arranging pack and plays for our little ones and make the whole process seamless. Upon check in we were greeted by Omar with a fridge full of cold beers and the best homemade guacamole I have ever had. Super clean and safe! We had such an amazing time and already decided we will rebook for next year! :)
