Guests have complete, exclusive access to the entire cabin—no shared spaces!

There is one other cabin on the property, but it is rented full-term and does not share short-term guest access.

Standard Vehicles Welcome: You do not need 4WD or AWD to reach the property; a standard highway vehicle is perfectly suitable for your arrival.

Winter Maintenance: Even in the snowy months, Palmer-Fishhook Road is a primary route that is regularly plowed and sanded, ensuring you have a reliable path to your mountain retreat.

Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are allowed, with a $25 pet fee per visit.

Noise: There is a well pump in the crawlspace that can be heard in the property. It is normal to hear this throughout the day but should not affect your stay. Slight road noise can be heard due to proximity to main access road — but the property feels secluded and calm.
