The Space:

Boasting some of the best ocean views in Lincoln City, this spacious coastal retreat is just waiting to assist in making the best memories with loved ones. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a bright interior with views of the water from nearly every room, modern furnishings, and a wonderful deck featuring a private hot tub to soak in bliss each night. After full days on the sand or exploring town, downtime at home base will be a blast with the game room in the garage complete with a ping-pong table, foosball table, flatscreen TV, and home gym! When everyone builds up an appetite, the chef of the group will be in paradise with the gourmet kitchen complete with a gas range, high-end espresso machine, stainless steel appliances, island bar seating, and all of the tools needed to whip up tasty meals. And, everyone will love sitting at the spacious dining table or kicking back in the living area on the plush sofa for casual movie nights with the whole gang.



This home is comprised of three spacious floors, so no one will have trouble finding their own piece of paradise. The lowest floor is home to two bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, the laundry room, and a desk for remote work. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining with the kitchen, main living room, a bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The top floor will be a hit for the kiddos, as one bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, a flatscreen TV with a gaming console, and a sofa. The last bedroom has a king bed, wonderful sunroom, mounted flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub.



What's nearby:

The beach is mere steps away, so be sure to make a fresh cup of coffee and bring the dogs down to the beach to start the morning on the right note. When you want to venture out a bit further, a plethora of restaurants, a local theater, and shops are also nearby. Neslcott Beach and the Neslcott shopping district are also great attractions that will be perfect for the whole family. Plus, the heart of town is less than two miles north.

This is an extremely pleasant house and our second time as a family staying here. The kitchen/dining area is great for fellowship and there is a lot of room. I had a concern about the refrigerator (which was my mistake - there was nothing wrong) and the staff were both responsive and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Enjoyed this home very much, was well supplied with towel, silverware, toilet tissue, paper towels. The view was amazing so nice to have when it was raining. The bed’s & bedding were comfortable & plenty of room for our group.

This wonderful house more than met our expectations. So comfortable for our party of 16 Individual space with a ocean view gathering place for times when everyone wanted to be together Long enough table for many to eat together Unbelievable kitchen with every item needed for cooking We used every amenity offered! Second time staying here, great property

Beautiful kitchen/pantry area, large table with plenty of seating for big groups. Master bedroom is huge, more than enough sleeping for 12+ people. Beach is a little bit of a hilly walk, but easy enough to access. Checkout time of 10AM is a little rough especially for large groups.

A comfortable stay

While the house was a nice place to visit, comfortable and clean, the management did a great job at personal and professional communication. The view was wonderful, the rooms were larger in person than what the pictures showed, and we would choose the house again because of our experience!

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time at this property. The photos are accurate to the experience, the beds were comfy and the view was great. Unfortunately the second two days we were there we were a little socked in by fog, but that is the coast. There was a piece of the gutter that fell off the building while we were there, and thankfully it didn't hit a car, but management was quickly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great house for our family

Great location! Short walk to the beach, a bit steep for little or older ones on the way back after several hours on beach but close enough for the rest of us. Love the view, especially from 3rd floor. Kitchen/ living area perfect size. All amenities we needed.

12 senior women were all fairly comfortable in this lovely home. The bedroom with bunks would have worked better with regular beds for old ladies but would be fine for kids.

Very well stocked. Had everything you could need, except a griddle for making hashbrowns, and pancakes for a large group. Beds were very comfy, everything was as advertised. It could use a bit more comfortable seating for the living room for movie night.

Amazing Beach Home

This beach home far exceeded our expectations! There was a single thought or detail left out in this vacation home. It was spacious, my family was comfortable, my teens were happy and felt well accommodated with game/bunk room and ping pong, the dog space was so welcoming and had everything we needed for our pup! We as a family have gone to the Lincoln City area for Christmas for 20+ years,staying at a different home every year. This is one of the cleanest nd well stocked homes we've ever stayed...better stocked than my own home.We would love to stay again some day.There were 12 of us from 10-78yrs with plenty of space to spread out.Thank you!!

Best Place in Lincoln City!!

This house is perfect!!! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Had everything you would ever need. Lots of towels, beach chairs/toys, game room, kitchen fully stocked of everything to cook with. Very clean for a pet friendly home. Air purifiers in every room along with TVs, with streaming. It was a great walk to the beach, coming back there were stairs, but you have the option to drive if needed. We will be back here when ever in LC.

Great winter getaway

This was the most well-stocked home we have ever rented. We had everything we needed and more. With the large windows facing the ocean on the top two floors, it was a perfect home for watching winter coastal storms. When the weather broke, we walked down the very steep hill to the beach. Older members of our party drove down due to the steep walk back. Great house, amazing views, fun walk to beach.
