The Space:

This stunning Rockaway Beach home has ocean views, room for 10, and tons of space to spread out and relax!



Located up in the hills of Rockaway Beach with a 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, this home is super convenient for beach bums! Head a few blocks down to the sea for some surfing, hiking, or just hanging with the family on shore. Plus, the town of Rockaway Beach offers rental shops, bars, and restaurants to experience the Pacific Northwest vibes with ease!



With floor-to-ceiling windows that look out towards the sea, the living room will beckon after a day outdoors. There's ample seating thanks to the leather couches and sofabed, and you can spend your evening watching a great show on the flatscreen TV or gazing through the telescope. The open kitchen and dining areas offer a great area to cook and chat, and the stainless steel amenities in the kitchen mean every chef will feel satisfied with their workspace. Don't forget to check out the sunroom with more beautiful views!



Downstairs, three wonderful bedrooms are welcoming for tired inhabitants. The master boasts its own door to the gorgeous lower patio, as well as a private bathroom and a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms each have queen-size beds to snuggle up in, and one has an entrance to the patio as well. Up to 10 people can stay here including the sofabed and futon upstairs! This home also has a washer and dryer.



There's a gas grill out on the upper patio so you can easily prepare some hot dogs or veggie burgers, and the DVD player will keep you entertained even when the sun has set.



This place would be perfect for a family or a group of friends to rent out and enjoy the beach vibes together. With nearby hiking trails, state parks, and of course the stunning coastline and sandy beach, there's plenty to do and see near this abode. Take some day trips or test some fresh seafood - it's all here!

Beautiful house, beautiful views, NEGLECTED. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Each bedroom has individual heaters. Good working order.House furniture is cute as are the decorative touches. Lots of room, big house.Carpet is dirty and reeks. Even the tea kettle is missing its whistle/top. Fridge chill water dispenser is broken for, what I could see on the VACASA (property managers) website, about 6 months. Gas grill looks neglected. Some window screens are dirty and bottom of some window frames are simply dirty/gross. Linnens for beds are old, thin and pilling badly. Dryer sounds louder than a rock tumbler.Exterior is full of webs and dead bugs. All exterior lights were not working, with the exception of 2 lights over the garage door.Master bathroom was out of conditioner and body wash upon arrival. Bed linnens old, thin and pilling, some stained.Very steep road, difficult to negotiate at night.Steep steps to the downstairs bedrooms. Pics attached.I wanted to like this place. Its a big house with lots of room.

This is a nice property with great views. However, it is older and could use some updating. The Roku TV's and WiFi are a welcome upgrade. Bring your streaming passwords.

The house was clean and stocked with plenty of comforts. Some of the outdoor furniture could be replaced and the outside sliding door stuck but we enjoyed our stay. Fun little town.

Beautiful views. Property needs attention. Front is covered with cobwebs and bug carcasses. Steps need railings. Under kitchen sink is gross. Dirty and has mouse bait. Eww! Linens are worn and some are stained. Steps to basement are dirty. Contacted central Vaasa for batteries for room fan remote. They never delivered. The local Vacasa delivered within hours!

Condition unclean

Dishes were not washed-food still on some pans.,human hair on floor, tvs in bdrms didnā€™t work, blood stained sheets on master bed We arrived late in day or else we wouldā€™ve left that night. We left in morning, could stay there, Requested refund for 2 of the 3 night we were to stay there. NO RESSPONSE!! Itā€™s unfortunate , we are retired women and have limited funds-no word at all!

It was ok

The property has a spectacular view, its about 1.5 hrs from Lincoln city, Tillamook creamery is only 15 min away. The master bathroom was awsome with a big shower. The house has seen better times and could you a bit more remodeling /cleaning. We found hair on the sheets and towels which we had to rewash. The utensils are so outdated i did not apriciate using them. The whole kitchen needs to be replaced, pans, plate, utensils, all of it.

Beautiful ocean view, fantastic great room for hangouts

Property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our group of three kids, three adults. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. Kitchen was amply supplied with appliances and utensils for making meals. We loved the ocean view and being high up on the hill but conveniently located to town.

Absolutely no complaints! This property was gorgeous. The views were amazing and the pics donā€™t do it justice. House was very clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds were very comfortable! Loved it!!

Needs some serious tlc

This house was under construction when we arrived. The entire west wall was getting new windows. This left exposed wires, holes and just an over all mess. In addition to the construction, the house was filthy. There were stains all over the comforters and several towels. The carpet was dingy, and the walls were covered in dirt and grime. We found a dead mouse. Overall we were very disappointed. Vacasa was great and helped us find a new place. Lovely customer service.

Nice View

Rode out 50+ mile an hour winds in this house with some power outages, still had a relaxing time. Nice view and bedrooms/towels well equipped.

5 Star View, 4 Star Amenities

The views from this home were fantastic! We appreciated the open upstairs space, although the furniture was oddly placed. There was a row of extra end tables and an extra coffee table lined up under the windows, which we moved to the garage for the duration of our stay. The home was mostly clean--some cobwebs dangling above the bed, and even though it's a pet-free place, after sitting on the rug upstairs there was pet hair on my pants. We found the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed--including pans that were large enough for our group of 8. However, some pans were warped and/or flaking off their nonstick surface. We found the table and pub-height chairs to be quite uncomfortable and ended up mostly eating around the living room. The living room furniture was comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the large jacuzzi--so relaxing! And the water heater was large enough (and set hot enough) to handle the tub. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay. Thank you for letting us make use of your beach house!

Awesome views!!

Our family of 5 stayed here and really enjoyed it. It is a short drive down to the coast but at the same time high on the mountain which gives you an awesome view of the coastline!
