The location and view of beach and sunsets was outstanding. Every kitchen accessory, towels, blankets, and more was provided. We didnt know each bedroom was up a flight of stairs, and kitchen-living room is up two flights of stairs, so that would be something guests need to know ahead of time. We would love to come back!

Amazing location, beautiful home and views!

This house is located steps from Rockaway beach access-itā€™s beautiful, well decorated, has an amazing game room and the most fully stocked kitchen Iā€™ve ever seen in a rental. The owners really did think of all the things a family would need. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and to the train that can take you on scenic rides to other neighboring towns. Very comfortable beds and bedding-plenty of towels/toiletriesThe house provided beach equipment from chairs to clamming gear/crabbing. The 2 decks over looking the ocean were amazing. They literally went all out! I would hands down stay again.

Great stay

Comfortable place to stay, good location. King bed was very comfortable. I wish the other bed was also bigger- we think it was more of a full size than a queen but overall a nice place. The place had a pool table and even a kite to fly!

Enjoyable weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay. The view was wonderful especially because there was some story weather so it was nice to watch the ocean from inside. There was easy access to the beach in town which was nice. We also enjoyed the pool table. It was a fun addition. The house was comfortable in the kitchen as well Stocked.

Great place!

We loved ours stay! This location was perfect for our family. We could ditch our shoes at the door and take a short walk to the beach! Also extremely close to the downtown area of Rockaway. The house is cozy with two full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The views from the decks are wonderful. The house is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a few movies, sand chairs and toys and plenty of towels. There is an awesome sand toy library to borrow just at the top of the trail to the beach. Overall a wonderful stay, we hope to visit this spot again! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo, but if you do not navigate stairs well this isnā€™t the place for you with having three flights. Close to town and the beach is steps away. My only complaint was we departed the condo at 9:30 am on our checkout date and then received text messages and voicemails saying we left our stuff at the condo and for us to get our stuff out or further measures will be taken. By this time we were home. Obviously the communication between property managers and Turnkey needs improvement, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful beach vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit. Comfy beds, beach chairs and kites, plenty of kitchenware and cooking equipment (except for silverware, for some reason that felt a little sparse, no huge deal we just washed a bit more often) End unit so lots of windows and natural light. Even the patio chairs were deluxe! Beach access was close and easy with rock stairs down to the beach, and a convenient hose and basket of towels to clean sandy feet before coming back in. We enjoyed the pool table and poker set! Ate takeout with a beach view from Upper Crust Pizza, and the Old Oregon Smokehouse for fish and chips, easy walk to all the shops in town.

Location location location

It was a last minute booking. Thankful for it It has a direct view of ocean from balcony. Enjoyed wine, coffee there. Would recommend adding a propane fireplace. Rooms and bed nice and comfortable. May be the stairs can be issue with little kids. We kept ours safe by watching her and keeping her close. Beach is 5 steps away. So fun to just hangout at the beach. Main stores are walking distance. The top floor smelled a little funky but we kept the window open to let some of that smell out. Nice kitchen and comfortable couch. We spent most time on the beach. Loved our stay here.

Drugs left in room

We were granted early check in, at 12pm. we arrived at 12:30pm the cleaners were not done, we had to wait 20 minutes for them to clean up. We eventually got in and settled. We typically don't use the nightstand drawers, and just before bed, my wife opened her side nightstand drawer and found 3 needles, a band, a lighter and a spoon with what appeared to be a brown substance caked to the spoon, I then checked the other nightstand and found clothes, appeared to be a womens. I called the management the next morning and they had someone out within an hour of my call, to clean up the mess. I received a 12.8% refund. which seems a little low considering the danger we could have been in , not only from the needles, but also the cleaning people, based on what they left, and I'm sure the code we used was the same as the one they used to clean the place. These are hardcore users and would likely do whatever they could to get their stash back, I am sure it was theirs they fit the profile as users, and I would assume that cleaners are trained to check the drawers. the house itself was awesome, 1st floor is garage and entry way, second floor is 3 bedrooms 2 full restrooms, 3rd floor is kitchen living and dining room, not recommend if you have hard time with stairs. otherwise its great....

Good Time in Rockaway

Perfect for two couples. Super space for enjoying time in between adventures on the coast. Nice kitchen & dining room, lounging area and balcony on the top floor. The whole apartment was very comfortable and super clean.
