Welcome to The Gem House! This beautifully decorated, modern, and comfy retreat is designed for your relaxation. You'll love the large kitchen with advanced appliances and the cozy upstairs loft perfect for the kids with a big sectional, TV, and bunk beds. For your comfort, enjoy a dedicated office space and unwind completely in the large soaking tub or your private jacuzzi. We've included a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and four adult bikes and two kids' bikes. Come make yourself at home!

Our home is a short walk to the Coeur d'Alene Resort and is situated at the base of Tubbs Hill, an easy 2.0-mile hike that offers hidden beaches and spectacular lake viewpoints. McEuen Park is just across the street, providing entertainment for kids with a playground, splash pad, and courts. For dining and nightlife, Sherman Avenue is also steps away, featuring many family restaurants, a variety of bars, and coffee shops, as well as beautiful shops and boutiques.



Getting Around:

This home is within walking distance to many key downtown attractions, eliminating the hassle of driving around and searching for parking. Plus, for easy exploration, we provide two adult bikes and two children's bikes stored conveniently in the garage. Enjoy the town on two wheels or on foot!
