With beautiful filtered lake views and walkable access to downtown, this home is ideal for families or groups looking to experience the best of CDA.



This thoughtfully updated home blends classic character with modern comfort across three levels. When you enter the home, you’ll find a bright and inviting living space that opens to two comfortable main-floor bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a fun bunk bed setup with a closet full of toys, perfect for kids or additional guests. Continue through the home to the fully stocked kitchen, ready for everything from quick breakfasts before a beach day to full family dinners. Just outside, the back deck provides the perfect place to unwind with filtered lake views while grilling on the BBQ or enjoying a peaceful evening outdoors with a warm gas fire table.



Mind the steep 100 year old attic stairs, upstairs, you’ll find the private primary suite, a true retreat featuring a king-sized bed positioned to take in beautiful lake views. Step out onto the charming Juliet balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh lake air and views. The master bathroom offers a separate shower and a jetted soaking tub, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The lower level of the home is designed for fun and relaxation. Here you’ll find the fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed, along with a shower bathroom and a convenient laundry room. The entertainment space is perfect for winding down with a movie on the TV or enjoying a little friendly competition with foosball, Connect Four, ring toss, lots of puzzles, family board games and easy-to-read novels. For the ultimate end-of-day reset, guests can also enjoy the home’s infrared sauna.

To receive access information, you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be available 3 days prior to your arrival.
