Regarding the hot tub, our property uses well water that naturally has a higher iron content. This can sometimes cause a slight iron-colored hue, even though the water is clean and safe. We want to reassure future guests that the hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, tested, and chemically balanced between every stay to ensure it meets proper standards. We’re also sorry to hear about the snow plowing concerns. We will be following up directly with our plowing service to make sure the property is being cleared promptly and thoroughly after snowfall.
