This is a well-maintained, historic 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home located in the lovely Emerywood neighborhood of High Point, NC. There is a back Den that has a pull out couch. A washer and dryer is in a separate closet is connected to the den. The front bedroom has a double size bed. The back and middle bedrooms have queen size beds. We did add a TV in the back bedroom that was not photographed.

Our location is conveniently located to Truist Point stadium for Carolina Core FC soccer games and Rockers baseball games. (1 mile away) The Qubein Children`s museum is also 1 mile away. Brown Truck Brewery, Sweet Old Bills BBQ restaurant and Joy coffee bar are all .5 miles away. The HP Library which hosts a Farmer`s Market every Saturday morning April - October is less than 1 mile.

The whole house is for use.

If you are bringing your pets along, we just ask to pick up any dog poop outside in the front or backyard, and also try to not let them on the furniture. Please note also that our neighbors have 2 German Shepherds next door that do like welcome new guests. They may bark a `hello` but they do calm down eventually. Please reach out to us if there are any issues with the neighbor dogs.
