We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable and well appointed condo, steps away from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk. The location is close to restaurants and entertainment. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. This is a great place to stay for a beach getaway.

This is the perfect place for two people who do not rent a car. It is steps away from middle of broadwalk and therefore close to restaurants, bars, stores. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment was clean and

The condo was just as shown in the pictures and fully equipped as others have said. The pool was perfect, as was the location. We had a fantastic stay!

As advertised

Great location with a modern update. I have to laugh, their kitchen was totally stocked with appliances! I used the coffeemaker. Owners left a small notebook on operations of items and a few pages on things to do. Only con would be the slamming steel gate by other residents.

Another great stay!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this unit and it wont be the last. The owner, Clover, is friendly & easy to work with. The unit is perfect for me. Its clean and equipped with everything i need.

Enjoyment on Hollywood Beach

This property is lovely, and, has everything you could need for your stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, everything from check-in to questions we might have about area restaurants, etc. Would love to stay here again some day!

Great Place to Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, safe and convenient. The owner communicated with me prior to and during our stay. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. We utlized the on-site pool, packed a cooler and grabbed 2 chairs and spent the day at the beach. I plan on resesrving for a future visit to Hollywood Beach. Thanks, Clover, for being a good host!

I debated on A review 50/50

OK first of all I debated on this review,although this is a very good location, it is about 120 steps to the beach plus starting right on the broadwalk..you do have to watch b/c it is a public beach and people will park behind you and block you in because you’ll never find them at the beach. Anyway the property is somewhat nice older style. when we arrived it was somewhat clean i alway rewash kitchen item anyway. The coffee pot really needs to be updated, the shower barely worked.Also they had no rug by the outside of the shower so i went to dollar tree and bought one b/c water will go everywhere with the shower being broken like it was. We also has no toilet paper upon arrival so i bought that also. The room for myself and my husband was nicely kept .The pool has a nice area also..when you open the pullout sofa, it hits the barstools, so that was an issue. Plus the kids have nowhere to put their stuff. The property is completely gated with a code which is great but the parking is so tight you can’t open the gate all the way if you’re in the first parking spot unless you back up.To throw away the trash you have to walk out 2 other gates in the back which is a little far. While we was here the property had a city inspection call and ask me to leave while they did the inspection. I did ask can they come another time but they refused. Over all It was a little crowded for two adults and two teenagers.The air works awesome that’s why i gave it 4 stars. Next trip i need more room

An excellent experience. Well located and convenient property. My only comment is that the beach umbrella and chairs need renovation, but everything else was just perfect. The property is very well equipped for a comfortable vacation

Love Hollywood

This property is just steps from the beach. It is well kept and updated with all the utensils you’d need if you choose to cook and super close to great restaurants. The pool and property were clean and well kept. We will return for our future trips to Hollywood’s Broadwalk.

Ideal Location

Growing up in Hollywood I enjoy coming back for a quick vacation. The location of this condo is perfect. It is directly across from a parking deck so if you have company it is easily accessible. You can walk to restaurants and bars. GG's on the intercostal side is a must try spot, especially for their happy hour. The pool was clean, the condo is clean and VERY well stocked with just about everything you think you would need. I would definitely rent here again and probably will sooner than later. My only qualm is locals parking in your spot and the fast and furious wannabes drifting in the parking deck at all hours - bring ear plugs. And that has nothing so do with the rental; just a side note.

Family vacation

Lovely condo, the location is great.. and just removed enough from the Broadwalk that it’s not so loud but close enough for a very quick walk to all restaurants and beach. Would definitely go back. Thank you for having us

Wonderful stay

Spent a week in this cozy condo located close to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Very comfortable stay. Exactly as pictured and very clean. A reserved parking space just steps from your front door is a big plus. Condo is well stocked and even includes chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Host responds super fast to any questions and is very helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Great Location, Clean Property, and a Wonderful Host!

Very clean, comfortable, updated condo, that exceeded our expectations. The owners were very accomodating! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Lovely pool, just steps from the ocean, Broadwalk, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this property, we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great condo n pool. Just as described in ad. No need to rent a car. Plenty of public transportation. So close to beach n restaurants. Great kitchen. Room for 4. Not disappointed at all. Property manager was great too
