Our 2 story high-rise sits on site #315 and is located on a quiet, dead end road and is the most desired section in Ocean Lakes. This was our personal vacation home, now open to your family to enjoy. Our home comes with a beautiful view of the Magnolia Lake and Ocean views from top deck. It is within walking distance to the pool, beach, recreation center, putt putt, game room, parks and basketball court. What most love about our home is every bedroom has its own private bath.

The first level has a spacious kitchen, fully stocked with necessities, dining area, living room, with two bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and full private bath. Second bedroom has bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top It also has a private bath with a shower. Living room has a fireplace with gas logs.

Upper level has a Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private full bath. Second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and private bath with a shower. Washer and dryer!!
*The house sleeps 10 comfortably.
*No linens included but we offer a linen service for $200.00. This includes all sheets and towels.
*Outside has a private shower. Both decks have outdoor furniture for you to enjoy your evenings hanging out.
*Sun. - Sun. rentals in peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
*Check in 4:00pm and Check out 10:00am.
*This is a family campground with 24 hour security. Therefore we do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately without Refund.
*There is an additional $225 cleaning fee.
*There is NO smoking, or pets allowed in the house, no exceptions.
*There is $12 a day, per car for parking pass if you do the express pass. If not, it is $15 a day per car.

Summer vacation

The property was awesome the tvs down stairs didn’t have remotes so we couldn’t use them hot water really wasn’t hot but over all enjoyed the property would definitely stay again

315 Ocean Lakes

The home was conveniently located, an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach, pool and other amenities. Very spacious home with four bedrooms, all with private baths. Two first floor bedrooms did not have closets to hang clothes, but did provide adequate shelving. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pot and pans and utensils. Would definitely consider it again.

Nice location

The house needed some deep cleaning. The air conditioner upstairs was not working properly so it was 86 degrees and hot at night to sleep. Other than those the house was great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, containers for food storage, etc. The house was nicely located, close to the pool and ocean.

Great house close to the beach

The house was very clean and nice. The air conditioner is EXCELLENT. The kitchen is well supplied, blender, pots and pans. Its nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. Downstairs bedrooms a bit small great for kids. The bedrooms upstsirs are HUGE!! Nice to have a washer and dryer upstairs. We really enjoyed this house and would stay here again. Thanks forna great vacation!!!

Wonderful and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay here at this property. It was perfect having every room with its own bathroom. I also loved the master bedrooms were all upstairs. The queen master was so roomy and lovely and had it’s own private balcony where you could see the lake and the ocean!! The laundry room was also upstairs (huge plus). The kids Rooms were downstairs in the other 2 bedrooms. The AC was super cold which was amazing because sometimes the ac at beach houses isn’t very cold at all. Only thing it didn’t have was a disposal in the kitchen. Besides that everything else was wonderful! The golf cart was convenient to have but u could walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes! The location of this home couldn’t have been more perfect to all the fun offered at ocean lakes! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us! We will definitely be back

Poorly maintained home

This was our second stay at the ocean lakes family campgrounds staying in a rented home.when we arrived for our what we thought was going to be a fantastic stay turned into a nightmare.the home is nice but poorly maintained.when we entered the home my daughter and I looked the place over.all we saw was a very uncleaned home.I called the person on the letter who I was to contact if any problems.her name was Crystal and I told her the place was not clean.she said she would send the person over who cleaned it.well lets just say she isn't a cleaner.my husband started telling her all the things that was wrong and she said we should have seen it before we arrived.well for one that was not our problem.I paid a lot of money to stay there for a week and it wasn't cleaned for our visit.she began to tell us what she does and don't do when she cleans.and believe me she didn't do much.she had an attitude which put me in one.we told her the refrigerator was nasty.she took a paper towel and wiped it out.not clean.I had to clean it.my husband told her about the fan in the living room dirty and she told him that wasn't her job and the things we were complaining about she doesn't do and it is detailed cleaning.she told us things she knew that was wrong with the place letting us know.I called Crystal back and explained that the place wasn't clean and we had to clean it.well I have been in the cleaning business for over 40 years and I have never stayed at a place this dirty and we have stayed in a lot of places visiting.long story short my daughter and I cleaned the place to where we could live in it for a week and cleaned more than the cleaner would have ever done.Crystal did offer my husband that we could leave and recover what we didn't use in staying but why leave when you cleaned it.the offer should have come upon our arrival and complaining.so no I wasn't going to turn around and leave after over a 6 hour drive.so no refund for our time in cleaning and wasting our time staying there for people to come fix everything wrong with the place which included toilet stopped up.2 tv's not working the whole time we were there and one that we had to be told how to turn it on after sending someone out to fix it and couldn't.the cleaning issues were dirty refrigerator which I cleaned,dirty blinds no not cleaning that for you,dirty floors which I mopped,dust you wouldn't believe and the list goes on.we were not happy with this place at all.I have pics upon our arrival.

Great!!

Had a wonderful time!! Loved house #315. Great location. We had a slight problem with charging the golf cart, but they were very quick to get it fixed right away! They answered texts very soon. Very nice!!

Granddaughters first beach trip.

We had a great time at your house, we had plenty of room to be comfortable. Our grand baby called it our house with stairs. The only issue I had is I never found the TV remote for the the TV in my room( the big bedroom), but that was OK because I came to the beach to enjoy my granbaby's first beach trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family house!!

My family and I stayed here for our annual Christmas vacation. The pictures doesn't do this house any justice. The house was clean and had available linen and a fully stocked kitchen. It was 8 of us 7 adults and 1 teenager. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us and enough bathrooms as well. Only downfall was the fact that my teenager slept on the pull out couch and had to come upstairs to use the restroom because every room has their own personal bathroom. So as long as you book 2 per room and have no one sleeping on the couch, this is the house to rent. The owners were fantastic. They answered all my questions and concerns very quickly.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed the house was nice but the rugs in the bath rooms were nasty and then they Kept $100 of our deposit they said the bathrooms had to be cleaned again when we left the whole house was a lot cleaner than when we arrived. The towels, wash clothes and sheets were stained and dirty we had brought some so we used our own. I am not sure what was wrong with the bathrooms but we scrubbed them. The shower curtain in one of the upstairs baths was torn and would not hang up. We called on Saturday and told them the remote for the TV upstairs was missing we were told they would get one out that afternoon but it was Sunday before they brought one and it was for a Visio tv but the TV was an Emerson I told him it would not work and it did not so we did not have a TV upstairs all week. Their was place to put groceries We have stayed in other houses and never had this experience before. I suggest you tell people to bring their own rugs, towels, wash clothes and sheets or replace what you have they are really bad. You charge enough to buy some new ones they don't cost that much. The manager was very nice but I will not stay here again too many issues and then we were charged when I know it was cleaner than when we got their.

Making Memories

Absolutely loved this home! We spent three weeks in the home and it was awesome! There were 8 of us that stayed and there was more than enough room for us. Upon arrival very clean and there were enough dishes, cooking supplies, and towels for all of us. Chad was amazing to work with! If we had any questions or problems he would contact us immediately and come over if needed. We already booked this home for another three weeks for next year! Bring on July 2015!

The serene lake setting makes for a very enjoyable book or tea. Laughter of the kids riding their bikes by and the solitude in-between make this THE perfect secluded location.

Serene compared to most active roads within the park. The lake is a major plus to nature lovers and fisherman. The upstairs decks both have a small view of the beach only to tempt you to visit. You'll love the wrap around decks with plenty of sunshine. Our home is not far from the beach at all, a short walk or golf cart ride.
