The Haven is a warm and inviting space with stylish and comfortable furnishings. This loft enjoys expansive mountain views and is perfect for a couples getaway.

The well-equipped kitchen allows you the choice of preparing food at home, or you can take a short stroll to downtown Carbondale to enjoy its many restaurants. The Haven is also steps away from the Roaring Fork bike path and river, and the local hub for the valley-wide bus service (RFTA).

The Haven has everything you`ll need for a comfortable and refreshing vacation.

The fully equipped chef`s kitchen features European appliances and is stocked with Peet`s coffee, T2 teas and cooking staples, including oils, vinegars, condiments and food wraps for your convenience. We also have Alexa to help find recipes or give directions to any nearby attractions you wish to visit. She`s also very good at helping with the crossword!

The downstairs den contains a large screen tv, a library and is a cosy spot for reading or watching sports and Netflix. The bedroom has a high quality king-size Sterns and Foster mattress, down duvet, high thread count linens and a tv.

It is easy to fill your day here. It is a 15 minute drive to Glenwood Springs, with its famous hot springs pool and spa. You may also like to visit the historic fairy caves, adventure park and vapor caves. The historic town of Redstone is a short drive along one of Colorado`s most scenic byways - a great place to visit for lunch.

Our area has many opportunities for recreation, with golf courses, river rafting, bike riding and hiking just to name a few. And of course the world-class skiing at nearby Aspen Snowmass; our fantastic valley-wide RFTA bus service will take you to the mountains quickly and in comfort.
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 to rent this property.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors by building ordinance. This includes inside the unit, on the deck, the building premises, the building grounds, common areas and the parking lot. Due to close proximity and air drafts, odors are detected in neighboring units. Disregarding this policy will result in a $500 deduction from your security deposit. We suggest that smokers do not apply to rent this property.

This townhouse shares walls with the adjoining properties. Please respect our neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum, particularly when on the outside deck. If we receive complaints from our neighbors, you will be asked to vacate the loft.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to avoid any disappointment in the event of disruption to your travel plans.
