Classic Priscilla Beach Cottage with panoramic views and sleeping for 10

This classic Priscilla Beach cottage has been recently renovated to provide the essential updated amenities, yet retains its rustic charm that has made Priscilla Beach a destination for family vacations for more than a century. Located high on a hill directly across the street from Cape Cod Bay, the home provides sweeping views to the east and south along Priscilla Beach. On a calm day you can see clear across Cape Cod Bay to the dunes of Provincetown.
Upon approach you will find a farmers porch, perfectly for relaxing, taking in the views and welcoming your guests. One the fist floor you will find the original living room with it's traditional wood walls. To the right are two bedrooms and a 3/4 bathroom. One bedroom has an expanded bunk bed, with a twin mattress on top and full mattress below. Perfect for 2-3 kids. The adjacent bedroom has a queen size bed, and both rooms have quick access to the first floor bathroom.
Beyond the living room is the fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Just beyond the kitchen is a large sunroom facing the back yard. Here you will find another small sitting area, television and dining table that will sit six comfortably. Off the sunroom is a deck with gas grill and steps down to the back yard. Here we have outdoor dining tables for those warm summer nights.
Upstairs you will find a larger living room with stunning views of the Atlantic. There are two large couches, chairs and a television for gathering the whole crew together. Also on this level is a full bathroom and three bedrooms. Each room can sleep two adults comfortable, two rooms in queen size beds and one with a full size bed.
The house has Central Air Conditioning, a whole house generator and an enclosed outdoor shower for washing off the sand. There is a stackable washer/dryer on the main level and we supply you with all the bed linens and bath towels for your stay.
