3-4 Bedroom/2 Bath beach house offers distant ocean views and is just a short walk to beautiful White Horse Beach. Home features newly installed central air conditioning, a large eat in kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a breezy sunroom and an outdoor shower. Washer/Dryer is located on the first floor. Living room has large windows, a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The bedrooms sleep 10 persons, and are located on the 2nd floor. 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Room with 2 Double Beds, and 1 small Bedroom connected to another bedroom with 2 Twin Beds. Grocery store is minutes away. Just a short drive away is downtown Plymouth where you will find Plymouth Harbor, The Mayflower, Plymouth Rock, Ferries, and Whale Watches, Fishing Charters, Boat Launch, Shopping and wonderful restaurants! Whether you are looking for fine dining or Clam Shacks...downtown Plymouth has it all.

Beautiful home

The home was exactly the same as listed. Very clean and had everything we needed. Locate in a prime location and the ow ers we very responsive to any questions. Would recommend to any families wanting to stay Plymouth. Clise to the beach!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. The home was spacious and clean with great amenities and was in walking distance of the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Beach rental was just as listed. Easy access to beach. Because of the weather, we were unable to use the beach equipment available to us. Very spacious home with room for all 7 of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer came in handy for the rainy day soakings. Lots of games for the kids. Location was great, near Plymouth Rock, Mayflower II, Heritage Museum, whale watching and many delicious restaurants and ice cream stands. Alana was always available to answer any questions. Very accommodating hosts. Will definitely consider booking again if we are in the area. Thanks for a great vacation!

The Positive Reviews Are True

When you read the reviews with so many positive, they are true. We had a wonderful time. There were simple Christmas decorations which put one in the Holiday mood. The house was perfect and the kids love the legos and toys. Check in was easy and we had a great adventure exploring Plymouth and Boston while staying at this home.

Great get-a-way

Super clean! Good location. Walking distance to beach. This property is super cute and well equipped. Comfy, welcoming and everything you need. Alana is a great host, great communicator.

Clean, well furnished, wonderful vacation stay

I have spent many a vacation in Manomet. MA. This year we rented this house and were impressed with the cleanliness, the spacious rooms and the very eell stocked kitchen. All of our needs were met. Great ocean view, a short walk to the beach

Plymouth 4th of July

Alana was a wonderful host. She texted multiple times to check in and was very accommodating for an early check-in. The property itself is walking distance to the beach and has plenty of space for large families. We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Beautiful location

This house was beautiful! Great neighborhood. Walk right down the hill and you’re at Whitehorse Beach! There is even a peekaboo view of the beach. There are six beds total in the house. Alana ,the owner, was excellent to work with. She had beach bags, beach chairs, beach towels, a grill on the property…. You need nothing to bring to this fabulous Beach House.

Nice Clean House

The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean with a nice layout and plenty of space. Comfortable beds. All necessary New appliances and all the household items in the house we needed. Easy to get to and just a short walk to the beach. Quiet Neighborhood. We will would stay here again!!

Excellent Five Star Rental Property

The house very clean, well cared for, spacious home with an updated to kitchen and two full bathrooms. The kitchen appliances were new and workded great. The house easily accomodated 6 adults with three good sized bedrooms, one of which had a connected childrens room that was perfect for their five year old son and 5 month old daughter. The central air conditioning kept the house very comfortable especially during the very warm days that occured during our stay.The property owner could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay, ansering all our many questions. The home was a short walk to the beach and came with a parking permit that would allow one vehilce to park at or near White Horse beach. The outdoor shower was quite spacious and great for washing off sand and salt before going into the house.Great nearby attractions including the Mayflower II, Plymouth Living History Museum and many excellent nearby restaurants. We would love to vacation at this rental home again.

Excellent stay

We recently enjoyed a stay at White Horse Beach. Our hosts were excellent and helpful throughout our stay. The house is in a great location, very clean and beautifully decorated. This is a kid friendly property with toys, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Close to Plymouth downtown area for Mayflower visit and waterfront. You can walk to the beach and enjoy the hilltop view of Cape Cod Bay from the house. Relaxing and splendid stay. Book it now !!

Wonderful location and beautiful home

We enjoyed several days at the beach. Easy walk or drive. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our group. The house has all the amenities for going to the beach, or hanging out enjoying our time at the house. Cooked some of our meals using the many kitchen items. Clement’s Supermarket was a short drive to pick up food. Great hosts! Stayed in touch with us through out our stay. And the air conditioning was priceless on the hot days we had.

Nice beach house in a great location

The place was spotless, and Alana couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked and so was the shed with beach chairs, etc. Short walk to the beach (White Horse beach is COLD but we enjoyed the contrast to the Texas heat!), and the Clement market less than a mile away was excellent for all the basics plus a great deli. Super convenient to the touristy stuff at Plymouth wharf. We’ll be back!

October in Cape Cod

My husband and I spent a month at this home - visiting family and friends. The house is so comfortable and the owners were easy to communicate with- and once on-site- they were accessible if needed. The house was well equipped, and a short walk to the ocean. A 15 minute walk from the home and you’ll find The Lobster Pound- a fresh fish market where you can buy lobster, shrimp, scallops, etc. We truly enjoyed everything- walking along the beautiful beach, spending time with family and friends and eating great seafood. We hope to make this a yearly vacation.

Absolutely perfect!

This rental had everything we look for in a property... fantastic location, amazingly clean, well equipped, quiet and comfy. The walk down the hill to the beach entrance couldn't be more convenient and all the beach supplies we needed were provided. The stores and restaurants in town were only minutes away. We also took the train into Boston from the nearest station about 20 minutes away and there was also a great movie theater at the mall for our 1 rainy afternoon. Whenever we cooked we found everything we needed. The beds, bathrooms, and laundry room were wonderful and again, all supplies and more were provided. Very pet friendly with the grassy yard and walkable neighborhood. The host was extremely communicative and friendly. There was even a filled dish of cool water waiting to welcome our pups! I honestly can't think of a single thing that was negative. Would definitely rent again :-)

This House is in the Ghetto. House not as described. No privacy.

First off, the owner had not arranged for garbage to be picked up, so a neighbor took my garbage went through it and then returned the garbage to the rental and was very rude. After this occurred I spoke to owner about my concerns with the neighborhood and he said there was a lot of “transient housing” in the area (his words not mine). The house is at a corner where there is constant traffic going by the house. Mainly young kids blasting music from their cars as they speed by the house. Not safe for my 5 yoa son, so he was not allowed outside the house to play or ride his bike. We would find bottles of alcohol and cigarette butts on the lawn. The neighbor directly next to house was always on his CPU in the dark at all hours staring at us. Then the neighbors behind the house were young, and engaged in suspicious activities and also drove loud ATVs down the street. The family room is located on the street that has constant traffic, so unless you want people driving by seeing in the house you have no other options but to have the shades closed at all times. House not as described pictures very deceiving. Overall, this is not a family oriented neighborhood. Good for young kids and transients.

Great location, clean, well stocked

The host was easy to communicate with and the property is exactly as described. Well stocked in terms of kitchen, bath and beach gear. Quick walk to the beach, but parking passes are also provided which is clutch with little ones. Neighborhood felt very safe and the location was convenient for day trips to Plymouth, Boston, Newport, etc. The beach is clean and was never very busy, even on the weekends. Plenty of tidal pools and sand bars for our little guy to play safely in. My older kids found lots of sea glass and had a kick using the metal detector we found at the house searching for lost treasures. We would definitely visit the area again. My only complaint would be the lack of central air. It was quite balmy upstairs in the evenings. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have window units (which appear to be about 10-15 years old), the third does not have a window unit at all. The window unit in the master sounds like a jet engine when running. Thankfully we did not need to use the third room so we kept that door shut, there is no way someone could sleep in that room. The newer freestanding unit on the first floor does a decent job of cooling and dehumidifying the downstairs. Heat rises though, so the efficient cooling pushes and keeps the hot air upstairs. The lows overnight during our stay were in the 50's a few nights so we slept with the windows open instead of running the a/c's, humidity was high though so we still slept "sticky". I cant imagine the window units being able to keep up in July or August when the day and night temps are significantly higher. Seems like an easy fix. At nearly 4K per week I did not expect this, our rental alone would easily pay for three high quality units in the upstairs bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again if the A/C was fixed, or for a fall/winter trip.

Great Vacation

Alana thank you so much for the great place. My wife and I needed a two week stay for transition into our home and this beautiful house was perfect for our family. The beach is right down the street and the house is nice and quiet to relax at night. Will definitely be looking forward to stay next year. Thanks again Alana for the amazing stay. :)

Wonderful Family Vacation

Thank you Alana for a terrific vacation! The location was perfect, the house was so charming and perfect for families! Having access to all the beach toys, towels, chairs, etc made the vacation that much easier without the hassle of bringing all of our own. The kids absolutely loved hanging out in the basement with the lego table and were so excited with the cute room setup upstairs. Thank you again for the great week and we look forward to visiting again!

Home away from home

We needed a place to stay while our floors were being worked on at home. We were not on vacation. Despite this, the sea breeze and view were refreshing and lovely.. We walked on the beach a few times - it is a short walk away. There is a parking pass generously provided and we found spots easily in the late afternoon. (Md-summer might be trickier?) The house was spotless and well equipped for cooking as well as playing games. We did not use the oven or the coffee maker (we prefer our pour over), but all seemed up to date. We also did not use the outdoor shower; however, it looked roomy. Alana allowed us to have Instacart delivered, which we did almost daily (our in-person shopping is limited for health reasons). Try he shoppers had no difficulty locating this home (nor did we.)

Spacious feel - lots of large windows brings the outside in!

Loved the ample, comfortable living room seating; kitchen/dining area was spacious & well stocked; we liked the (heated)sun room, we all loved the daylight coming through the many windows - including my 6 month old grandson who could watch dog walkers & vehicles go by; we were able to walk to the beach a few times to take advantage of this mild December weather. We hope to stay again in the summer!

A beautiful and welcome respite

My family was displaced from our home for a month and we’re lucky enough to stay at this beautiful home. Manomet is just for the summer; it was especially nice in the fall. The beach is an easy walk and it’s autumn moods are amazing. Plus there’s lots of tide pools and a freshwater stream running into and shells and cool rocks to keep the kids busy. The home is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of seven with several thoughtful touches including toys for kids of all ages and a high chair for a little one, plus all the beach gear you’ll need. Don’t want to forget to mention that Alana was a wonderful host and was great at keeping in touch and answering the few questions we had. We would love to stay here again some day.
