Located directly on the beach at the south end of Fort Myers Beach, this residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests and provides breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets right from the condo.

Inside, the well-designed kitchen offers ample space for meal preparation and flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features seating for six. An additional table for four is positioned near expansive glass windows, filling the space with natural light and offering perfect views of the shoreline. The master suite is appointed with a king-sized bed, its own television, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed, while the third guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a desk, making it ideal for both relaxation and remote work. The guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combination, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer adds to the ease of your stay.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
