Immerse yourself in the energy of downtown San Diego from our newly designed, three-story row house in the heart of the historic Gaslamp District. Working with a local designer, we ’ve blended industrial loft architecture with a modern Bohemian aesthetic to create a space that is as stylish as it is comfortable. With soaring 20' vaulted ceilings and plenty of room to spread out across the three stories, this is the ideal urban sanctuary for your stay in San Diego.
The Space:
Spanning three distinct floors, our home offers the perfect balance of privacy and gathering space for up to 8 guests.
✦ 1st Floor: The entry level: features the Guest Bedroom, and a full bathroom.
✦ 2nd Floor: The heart of the home features a fully stocked kitchen and a dining space that seats eight—ideal for group meals. Unwind in the living room with a movie on the massive 75” Insignia Smart TV, or step out onto your private balcony for bistro-style seating and fresh air. A convenient half-bathroom is also located on this level.
✦ 3rd Floor: features the Primary Bedroom loft and ensuite bathroom.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Each bedroom features a 50” Smart TV, Helix mattresses and California Design Den bedding for the perfect night’s sleep.
✧ Primary Bedroom: Loft-style space featuring one King size bed, and one Queen size sofa bed
✧ First Floor Bedroom: Features one King size bed
✧ Living Room: Includes two Twin size sleeper chairs and a 75” 4K Smart TV
KEY AMENITIES
✦ Parking: Attached garage with a dedicated spot for one vehicle (a rare find downtown!)
✦ Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use, with detergent provided
✦ Entertainment: Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, with Scrabble and Dominos available for game night with family or friends
Guest Access:
The home is accessed with a smart lock on the front door. The code and all the necessary check-in information will be provided the morning of your stay through the booking platform.
We utilize a noise monitoring software in this property called NoiseAware. While not a recording device, it does monitor noise levels to ensure they remain at a level that is respectful to our neighbors, and to alert us of fire alarms while guests are not present at the property.
The Neighborhood:
The Gaslamp Quarter is San Diego's vibrant heart in Downtown, offering a little something for everyone. This historic neighborhood is home to Victorian-era architecture alongside modern skyscrapers, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, boutiques, and galleries to choose from.
Sports enthusiasts can catch a game at Petco Park, while families can explore nearby attractions like the USS Midway Museum or the New Children's Museum.
The Gaslamp comes alive with nightlife at the many lively bars, restaurants, and clubs, making it the perfect neighborhood for a memorable San Diego experience.
Getting Around:
The home is a few blocks from all major freeway on-ramps leading in and out of the city, and a two block stroll to the nearest public transportation (Park and Market station, which hosts the Blue, Orange, and Green Lines). You'll be able to come and go as you please using the smart door locks and remote control to the garage.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Everything a guest could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, which made the stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. The hosts were attentive, responsive, and very easy to get in touch with whenever needed. We truly appreciated the care they put into making guests feel welcome and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The house was the perfect size and bathrooms on each level made it so much easier to get ready. The family room was very spacious. The location was great for walking to restaurants, night life, & coffee shops. Only a short uber ride to Pacific Beach and Coronado Island. We arrived way later than expected due to maintenance on the plane but it was nice to be so close to the airport. The house was well stocked, especially with toiletries and towels. It was very clean. I also liked that they provided multiple luggage racks. The option of having a washer & dryer was nice. Also having a garage for parking was great too. Other places we looked at did not offer these 2 amenities. The host/property manager replied immediately and even took the time to suggest restaurants that we enjoyed.
