Your stay begins in the secure ground-level lobby, where a glass-walled elevator takes you to unit #505. Bellman trolleys and carts are available for convenient unloading. Step inside to an open-concept layout combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Wood-look tile flooring extends throughout the main living spaces, with carpet in the bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen features ample granite counter space, well-stocked cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, glass-top range, self-cleaning oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A pass-through window overlooks the dining area, which seats four.
The living room includes a sofa, matching loveseat, end tables, lamps, coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead to the screened, furnished balcony, showcasing stunning fifth-floor views of the Gulf and beach toward Sanibel Island. A sofa sleeper is also available for additional guests.
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a double dresser, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
