Lay out by the large pool, soak in any of the 2 large hot tubs, splash in the splash pad, slide down the water slide, play some pickleball, run, ride, bike, or climb while you explore the Green Valley Gap located just around the corner! Ride your bikes or make the quick drive down to the AMAZING Thunder Junction Tonaquint All Abilities Park (see pics) one of the best parks for kids and adults in the state just a mile away! Or maybe you prefer to relax and watch the kids on the playground while grilling up some burgers as you lounge on the back patio? Whatever you choose, you will have a blast here!

We even go above and beyond and provide a few basic pool toys, towels, and extra balls to try and help enhance your enjoyment and convenience.

Parking/Storage: Plenty of open parking as well as short term trailer parking for boats, wave runners, side by sides, etc on the property. Also, this unit has a large closet right on the back patio to store your bikes and other toys.

Security: Did you know that many property managers and owners only change their door code every few months?? YIKES! We issue a brand new door code with each guest that is easy to remember (usually last 4 digits of phone number) to make sure that our guests have easy access and are the ONLY ones who can access our unit while staying there for their complete security.
