The Space:

The Bedroom: Features a plush bed with high-quality linens and a large Smart TV. The space is climate-controlled with powerful A/C to keep you cool during the Louisiana summer.



The Kitchenette: Perfect for light meals and snacks! Includes a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee station, plus all the basic utensils you need for a quick breakfast before heading out.



The Bathroom: A clean, modern private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and premium toiletries.



Work & Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the suite makes it a great spot for remote workers looking for a quiet "office" near downtown.



Guest Access:

This suite is part of a boutique multi-unit property.



Total Independence: You have your own private entrance and a small designated outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air. The porch of the home is wrap around and covered, with lighting.



Smart Lock Entry: No need for key exchanges. Your unique door code is sent automatically at 2:00 PM on your arrival day.



Privacy Note: While there are other units on the property (the front house and the upstairs studio), your backyard suite is self-contained with shared interior walls.
