Deluxe 1BR Villa - Kitchen- 2 Pools - WiFi - Beach- Located on Beachfront Resort

This Deluxe one bedroom villa with a lovely garden view, has a separate bedroom and full bath located upstairs from the main living area. The first floor with its own 1/2 bath, kitchen, living area and patio are perfect for preparing your own meals and just relaxing. For your convenience, there is also free local calling as well as free unlimited calling to USA, Canada, and the UK.

A waterfall swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and palm trees is just steps from the condo. A children's pool is attached for the whole family to enjoy. Just next to the pool is Viola's Restaurant & Bar where you could enjoy a nice tropical drink or even have breakfast, lunch or dinner. You could also watch your favorite sports team on one of the big screen TV's.

The complex is located on a beautiful white sand beach so you can enjoy the ocean waters or go for a nice walk.

In the evenings, just chill out and have dinner on your private patio or if you prefer, a short ten minute walk will take you to the Marina Village at the Atlantis where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants there. You may also enjoy the nightly entertainment at Violas, especially the ever popular Karaoke night on Fridays.

One thing to note is that there is a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom that may cause limitations for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. Just contact me if you should have any questions pertaining to this.

The condo was as advertised. Great value. For that reason alone, you shouls stay there. The 5 stars are for the owner. I experienced a life threatening medical emergency. Steve was immediately responsive and did all he could to support us through this situation. He is a genuine caring and compassionate human being. His recommended driver, Monique, is also a truly fine person. With minimal notice, she picked up our kids at the airport and brought them straight to the hospital! I can never thank them enough for helping us. They are the gold standard for "responsive hosts"!

Great location & beautiful beach with beach chairs & umbrellas available for small fee. Loved having 2 scenic pool areas to find some solitude from the afternoon beach area. The villa was just as pictured & well equipped. Steve was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Lots of restaurants within walking distance & close to Atlantis. Will definitely return & recommend.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Island. The beach access was perfect, Violas was nice, host was fantastic. The property was as described - a little tight for our family of 4, but definitely manageable. Lots of mirrors - made for some exciting impromptu family dance parties. Atlantis is a short walk, we spent a lot of time checking out the aquariums in the evenings. Good times

Nice “verbal” host, but mostly soiled, downright “dirty” property.
moldy bathtub shower curtain Bathtub was corroded and dirty. We were told it would be replaced the next day after we left…great?! Thanks!

This is a cute little place very convenient to everything Paradise Island has to offer. We found the property to be as listed and enjoyed our stay! The property lists there is a spiral staircase so please take note of that but we had no issues hauling baggage up the stairs. The neighbors were also very friendly and even invited us over for dinner one evening. The complex as a whole was very quiet and the beach here is lovely. It’s also extremely convenient to have Violas just steps away for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can walk to a small grocery mart and a larger grocery mart, everything at Atlantis, the marina area, or the ocean club restaurant at four seasons. If you’re looking for a very affordable getaway, this is a great pick! Steve was extremely responsive to any questions we had or even asks for recommendations.

GREAT BEACH. Dated condo unit, This review serves ONLY to provide an honest overview of the property. We are a married couple in our 60's-70's. We knew going into this VRBO property, that this was NOT a RESORT!, We expected a 1970ish era decor. *The spiral staircase is VERY TIGHT , ie.) difficult to move the luggage upstairs. The owner Steve is a very good communicator. The condo was on the lower end of the budget. scale

Boy oh boy! My daughter and I, had the best holiday!The Bahamas is so beautiful and so picturesque!Steve’s place was amazing and absolutely incredible.He is such a wonderful person and a wonderful host, so incredibly attentive. We had a lot of correspondence before our arrival and he was very personable. Steve‘s place is so close to everything on Paradise Island and only a quick trip to downtown Nassau. We were practically on the beach of Cabbage Beach with water that we have never seen before, so clear, absolutely stunning, like postcard worthy! His place is beautiful and had everything that we needed. I honestly cannot recommend his place highly enough. We were so sad to leave, my daughter was crying! and we can’t wait to return! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.Thank you so much for having us there Steve.

Fantastic unit for our stay! Owner was extremely helpful with anything we asked and responded quickly! The property is great and the beach access was AWESOME! There were maybe 4 other people near us on the beach at any one time, so so nice!! Would recommend this rental over and over! Also…don’t listen to the poor reviews of Violas, food was very good and service was top notch!

We could not recommend Sunrise Beach Villa enough. The condo was clean and comfortable. Steve was an amazing host and very prompt with responding back. His driver, Monique, was great! She gave us all the tips for our stay here. Take the water taxi to the Fish Fry. It was a fun and inexpensive experience. We rented beach chairs from Freddy’s Beach Service. They are relocated on the beach infront of the property. Violas and Anthony’s were our two eating places for night time. Excellent food and drinks!!! MyOnly recommendation would be to pack a blanket. The AC and fan are top notch. We will definitely be back!

Great location!

This condo is located in a beautiful beach, but also has two wonderful pools too! It was just big enough for my husband and I. The owner is absolutely amazing and can help with anything (24 hours a day!). There is a restaurant on the propriety if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Food is ok.

The host communicated well and promptly. The appliances were new, and the bed was comfortable for us. Some thoughts: Spiral stairs – We are seniors and had to unpack and carry clothes upstairs. They are unnerving and steep if one has stability issues. With the bath upstairs, and if we did not have the physical capacity to climb the steps, we would have had a real problem. You should have let this be known. Bath Tub – very slippery, no hand rails or bath mat. very dangerous for seniors. We preferred purified water as recommended. We needed a taxi to get it.

Very disappointed in the condition of the condo. It needed multiple repairs, seems it has had very little upkeep or updating in many years. Had many personal items of the owners stashed away in corners, cleaning supplies tucked under stairs , fold away bed out in the dining area. multiple cabinets locked. no safe. The entire complex has not been kept up, and the grounds are not well kept or cleaned on a regular basis. Overall very very disappointed in this condo and would definitely not recommend, It is close to the beach.

Wonderful stay

The property has quick access to a beautiful beach. The area was quiet, perfect for well deserved time down. We paid a reduced rate of 40/day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach, well worth it, There are some shade areas on the beach where many just laid towels. Steve was very prompt to answer any questions and was great to work with.

Beautiful Property at Sunrise

My daughter and I stayed in Steve's place and had an enjoyable time. Steve is very responsive and the condo was very clean and had all the essentials. It's steps away to the beautiful beach and pools.We can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful location

Somewhat dated condo but fully functional with very complete and up to date kitchen, very comfortable bed, excellent TVs, and short walk to a gorgeous beach.

Great stay at villas

We had a great time at Beach villas - location is unbeatable, host is very responsive, kitchen is well equipped with everything. The restaurant is on premises. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Amazing location

Sunrise Beach Villas is a gem of a place to stay, and we really enjoyed Steve's place! Steve was wonderful. All sorts of thoughtful touches like beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Better bedding would be amazing but that's a small quibble. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!
