This is officially my home away from home. As I mentioned before, this location is a gem. My second time staying here and I have plans to return in the near future. I had the same great experience. The room is clean, it's steps away from the beach and I love how easy it is to get ti the restaurants.

Checking was a little tricky opening the lock box. Parking is a block or two away but the room is worth it and the view. Steps away from the beach.. Would definitely rent again.

As a frequent hotel guest, I wasn't sure what to expect from my first rental in Isla Verde, but I was beyond impressed. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach. The studio was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every appliance worked perfectly (including great hot water!) as expected. One quick note for future travelers: the elevator was out of service during my stay. Since the unit is on the 3rd floor, it involves two flights of stairs. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to consider if you have mobility needs. An overall 7 day seamless and relaxing stay! Janet was absolutely sweet, very informative and overall helpful with any questions I had.Restaurants are close by where you can walk or you can take a cab to the Carolina, San Juan, or Old San Juan area and get a bite to eat. All sorts of water activities... (Jet Ski, Parasailing, etc.)I would definitely stay there again.

I really hate to leave a bad review, however I’ve been coming to this building since 2021 and have never experienced anything like this before. Everything was extremely clean and the host was very very easy to access. The location and the ocean view and walk within one minute was the greatest part. The only issue was I would itch the moment I laid in bed and like really bad til the moment I woke up I honestly barely could sleep. It stopped whenever I was out of the bed. Outside in the sand and walking around I didn’t feel that itching only when I got back to lay down it would start again. I did try to talk to the hostess but, she said it was mosquitos. I’m from Minnesota so we have mosquitos I did try using off and that did absolutely nothing This breaks my heart having to even say this. But, it made for an absolutely awful experience and as we were packing up to leave we were confronted by a cockroach I really wish that the host took me more seriously when I contacted her about situation.

First no hot water the host said turn off the breaker and that didn't work. 2. The wifi to the TV after putting in the pass code several times didn't work also ask the host to help (no help). 3 The place had a lot of women hair around the place the fridge was not keeping my food cold (thing had to throw away. 4. the blanket had a stain on it bed was making a lot of noise (frame wasn't the best). I think I should get a good refund from all of these issues. The best thing is the view and the beach. Wanted a better stay on vacation was planning on changing rooms but there was all book, the host statement was if you do check out at 1100am plus that what you get for the price. Not the best AT ALL so unprofessional that the answer I received.
