Settle into peaceful country living surrounded by quiet, open skies and Hill Country charm. Located just an hour from San Antonio and only 30 minutes from New Braunfels and Gruene, you’ll be close to all the best spots for tubing, live music, and small-town fun.

Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this relaxing getaway is the perfect place to recharge and soak up the beauty of the Texas Hill Country.

This charming suite is located on the first floor of the front building, offering a cozy and well-appointed space for your stay. The suite is a full two bedroom suite including a bathroom, kitchen, living room, patio and private entrance. It comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

Additional amenities in the suite include a set of: makeup remover wipes, travel size sunscreen and mouthwash. We also try our best to provide enough paper towels and toilet paper for your entire stay.

Reservations include first come, first serve access to four paddle boards, two kayaks, and two adult bicycles.

Both electric and hand held pumps for SUP boards are provided, along with life jackets and paddles.

Amenities include one Jenga set, four paddle boards, two kayaks and two adult bikes. These are on a first come, first serve basis and shared between the three units. Please return the items to the storage area after each use. There is also an electric pump for the paddle boards that we recommend using if needed. Please check the air of the paddle boards prior to use.

This property does not have direct lake access. However, our neighborhood offers a boat ramp to access the lake with kayaks and SUP boards - the boat ramp is about a 4-5 minute drive within our neighborhood.

We provide ROKU TV’s in each unit equipped with HULU, Netflix, Paramount, etc. You will need to login using your credentials during your stay. Please be sure to logout prior to checking out.

Please let us know if you plan on bringing your boats. We do have boat parking available upon request.

We are more than happy to host furry friends, but do want to note that the shared backyard space is not fenced in. There are many spots to bring your pups around the property and in our neighborhood. Please be sure to let the hosts know if you plan to bring your pets along with you. We do have a two pet maximum policy with an additional $100 fee added to your reservation.

Please note: While the property does not have direct private lake access, there are several convenient access points within our neighborhood. We are happy to provide personalized recommendations for nearby spots or other lake access points in the area, ensuring you make the most of your lakeside experience. Although we are a pet friendly property, neither the front or back yards are fully fenced in.
