An incredibly stylish getaway to the Mexican Caribbean in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in town, Zazil-ha. You’ll be just 2 blocks from the beach and steps to the famous 5th Avenue!

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the STUDIO ONE condo complex, steps to 5th Avenue, close to grocery stores and beach clubs like Mandarino and Martina and plenty of cafes and good restaurants. The prettiest street in Playa (38 Street) is just a 5-minute walk away! Some restaurant and cafe recommendations:
- Salento (Italian & Pizza) or Piaggia (Upscale Italian)
- Ojo de Agua (Healthy/Smoothies/Bowls)
- Chez Céline (French & Pastries)
- Ah Cacao (Coffee & Chocolatería)
- El Fogón (Authentic Mexican Taco Place)
Getting Around:
The condo is about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). A parking spot in the underground lot is available to you if you arrive by car. The complex is very centrally located, so you really don't even need to drive! You can also easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or take a ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride van) where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project located a block away from the building. The construction is already in progress, so there may be potential noise in the area. The construction work is scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Electricity is included for stays of fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area rules and hours at the condo complex must be respected. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
