Nothing separates you from the beach except our walkway!

King Master, hall bunks, and a brand new sleeper sofa. 1 shared bathroom.

This bright condo is unit 26 on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit, offering the best views. Interior has been upgraded with window shutters and all new floors! Enjoy a comfy master and a smaller bunk bed, perfect for younger children. Located in a relaxing family friendly environment with a pool, all just steps from the beach. Living room has cable and smart tv to sign in and access your favorite shows and movies.

Extra amenities include new floors, new sleeper sofa, sand toys, pool noodles, DVD player and video game console with thousands of games to play. Keurig coffee maker. Outdoor pool only for our condo building is heated!

Walkable to Island Sweets and Coffee, Perdido Key Breakfast Club, Dave's Snoballs, The Islander Restaurant, Jellyfish Restaurant, and souvenir shops!

This place was great, like 10 stars great. The owners have thought of everything for your stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, and toys. The condo is very nice and so very comfortable. We had a few colder days, so the balcony was so nice to sit on. The owners are very friendly and accessible. We had a small issue, not related to the condo, and the owners were reachable and took care of the issue before it became a problem. Very clean and home feel. We definitely will be back.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. We could see, hear and smell The Gulf of America from our balcony and be on the beach within minutes. It was also a reasonable price. Honestly, we have been many places that have pics that are deceiving and end across the street or blocks away. Kinda small but great for a couple or small group. Liked the location also. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Meg & Cam.

Relaxing Stay

We encountered a miscommunication during check-in, but Meg did a great job taking care of our concerns. The view from the unit was awesome! The beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed our time!

Laid back getaway

Property was misleading on the outside because the condo was beautiful inside! Nice place to eat across the street called ‘the jellyfish’. Grouper bites and drink selection were great! Easy access to florabama, orange beach, and Pensacola. We would definitely stay again!

Stay on the beach. Away from it all

This was an amazing property. The location was perfect of what we wanted. We wanted a true beach vacation. This is it! The owner Meg was wonderful to work with and amazing communication!! Definitely will be coming back !

Quick getaway

Great views!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Lots of room, clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. The only 2 things wrong were 1) the sliding door onto the balcony was not locked when we got there and we never could get it to lock while we were there and 2) there were some light bulbs out. The owner is very nice and helpful. I recommend this condo if you like great views. It is a corner condo and the views are the best!

Here are a few things to note to make your next stay even better. Please notify me and I will try my best to resolve any issue. I apologize about the any light bulbs that were out. If I would of known, extra light bulbs are in the cabinet above the microwave. Also, one of the lamps in the bedroom is controlled by the light switch, so if the light switch isn’t in the up position the lamp won’t turn on. Regarding the sliding glass door to the balcony, there is a grey, PVC pipe, that is in the corner of the sliding glass window, behind the curtain which can be placed in the track of the sliding glass window, that locks the door. The best

Our intent was to stay there 1 week. My wife had a stroke a few days before we were to check out. I contacted Meg to see if it was possible to extend our stay as the neurologist wanted us to stay put for a week before we traveled back.. Meg was very understanding and not only able to accommodate us, but also at a reduced rate. Thank you so much!

Amazing view and laid back beach

We loved this condo so much. The 2nd floor balcony (3rd level) was just perfect and we really loved having an end unit with so many windows. We like having convenient beach access and not having to fight over an elevator and this was perfect. Stairs were very convenient. Elevator is very close which makes loading and unloading a breeze and the carts available made for less trips. We loved all the beach toys and chairs in the bin. There were even games and crafts for the kids. The condo is nicely outfitted. The washer and dryer are super handy. Bunk beds are cute and comfy. The condo is clean and very easy to relax in. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Meg!

The Perfect Small Family Getaway

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. While this would be a great place for a couple to stay it really was wonderful for a small family. Our host was amazing and had the space decorated for the 4th of July and even included a few small goodies for our kids in the form of glow stick toys. We did have to reach out to the host about a missing parking pass and she was SO NICE and got it taken care of quickly for us. The box on the balcony with beach toys and chairs was a nice touch and the view is perfect. The pocket door in the hall was great because we were able to give our teenager some privacy when sleeping. Our girls LOVED the bunk beds! The showers water pressure was amazing. The kitchen had everything a family would need for cooking, and we never even had to dine out which saved us some money. We really loved it and plan to book here again in the future.

Nice Stay

First let me say that Mike was great to communicate with. He called me a couple of weeks before the trip to see if I had any questions or needed any tips about the area. Also we had an issue with the dishwasher during the trip and he had someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. Aside from that the condo itself was recently updated and had everything we needed. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, coffee maker, toaster etc. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We also loved the size of the complex. The fact that it is small, makes for much more room on the beach. I don't really have any complaints, only a couple of suggestions. The master bedroom window is right by the outside hallway, and it's quite bright with the lighting out there. I like complete darkness when I sleep. There are blinds, but no curtains. A blackout curtain would help a lot. We hung a blanket over the window, it helped but it was still too bright for me. My other suggestion would be to have access to a broom or vacuum in the unit. It's almost impossible to not bring in sand with you when you've been on the beach all day. The sand sticks to your feet and ultimately ends up in the bed. A broom or vacuum would help a lot with that. Other than that our stay was wonderful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Shane, I'm glad you all had a great time at the beach and enjoyed staying in the condo. Would love to have you all back for your next vaca!! LOL, there is a broom and dust pan in the closet next to the washer/dryer and a vacuum in the back corner of the closet. They are kinda tucked away, easy to miss if you didn't know where to look. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of wanting to sweep up some the inevitable sand that gets tracked in, nonetheless you all were very neat and left the condo in excellent condition.

Great location, near restaurants and shops. Clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Beautiful oceanfront balcony with nice swivel chairs and table for enjoying early morning coffee before hitting the sand. Not a huge complex, so no long waits for the elevator. Rolling carts available for hauling your gear from the car to the condo.

Boardwalk to the beach is nice, with only a few steps.
