On the main floor of our home, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms(one with a king bed and 2 with queen beds), 1 full bathroom, dinning room, living room and full kitchen. The master bedroom features French doors that open up to a breathtaking view of the backyard. Step outside onto the brand new 14x20 deck with a pergola, where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the fenced-in back yard. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening conversations under the stars or string lights!

The primary living room is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of seating options for relaxation and quality time with your loved ones. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for making home cooked meals, complete with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, a drip and k cup coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. And when it's time to gather for a meal or play games, the separate dining area provides the perfect space!

Moving into the finished basement space, you will find a bonus secondary living space! Complete with sectional, pull out twin bed in the ottoman, pull out floor sofa bed, a 4th bedroom(queen), laundry room, and 2nd full bathroom!

Outside on the patio/backyard you will find a gas performance style gas grill, a exterior dining table for 6 (or a few more if you pull up extra chairs), 2 hammock chairs for the deck, a love seat glider, large egg chair, exterior coffee table, playschool toddler slide/climber, and a large freestanding hammock for relaxing.
