We really enjoyed our stay at the house. There were plenty of beds for everyone and the house was very spacious. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! The place was incredibly spacious and perfect for our large family of 13 — plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The host was fantastic and communicated so well throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. We especially loved the outdoor amenities — the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen were such great touches and made our evenings extra special. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a comfortable and fun family getaway!

Great spot for a ski trip!

It was clean, spacious, and comfortable even for a large group. If you’re booking for your group, I’d recommend finding it on a map first, then sharing a GPS pin rather than sending the instructions to each member of your party!

A great getaway for our family!

Our family had a great time. The cabin was spacious enough for our family to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub and the woody area in the backyard. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, pots, and pans for all of our cooking needs. We would recommend this place and would return again in the future.

Great space!

The house accommodated multiple families comfortably with plenty of room to spare. The host was very responsive, gave easy instructions, and gladly provided us with both an early check-in and late check-out. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing Property

I don't think the pictures do the property justice. The property was well above our expectations. We rented this place for our first annual winter vacation, which included us, our kids, our grandkids, and our parents. There was something to do for all of us and plenty of space in and around the property. The host even accommodated an early check in, which was so greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Home for Large Group!

The house was great for a large group. Suggestions would be the mattresses on the bunks were pretty poor and the water heater wasn’t sufficient to fill the large bath. Other than those two things, I would recommend.

Weekend Getaway

This property is great for a larger party in every way! Only thing I would say is that the mattress in the queen rooms, the futon in the office, and the bunk bed mattresses are so uncomfortable and very thin and hard. Suggest bringing something to help with that. The kitchen is very big with plenty of space to fit everything and everyone. Would definitely stay again.

We furnished our new home with new furniture in 2017 with the exception of the futon hardware (everything else is new, including the futon cushion). We want our guests to be comfortable in every way and appreciate your review, as this gives us the opportunity to make improvements. A lot closer to neighbors than i expected. Can see into the front neighbor's yard from the master bedroom; the foliage in the back yard blocks the back neighbor's view into the back yard. We enjoyed the hot tub and the openess of the kitchen and living space. Only the rollers work on the massage chair. Sound system in the livingroom worked great and the balcony was definitely a plus. House is great for family gatherings with plenty of space, there were 14 in the group but we never felt cramped, enough rooms/space people could enjoy time privately.

Perfect for our large group

We stayed over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The house was so large it didn’t make it feel like there were 16 of us. Eric was so informative before our arrival with all the directions and help we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property inside and out!

This house has rooms and COMFORTABLE beds for all family and friend groups imaginable! It is large, beautiful and accommodating. The property outside in the back is just as amazing and fun for all ages. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and grill while feeling like we were secluded in the woods far enough from any neighbors. Check in and out was a breeze. The house was clean, spacious and had plenty of towels, toiletries and everything you would need in the very large spacious kitchen! Access to the garage for parking was a plus. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great place, plenty of space and responsive host.

The place is clean and has everything you might need ( utensils, games, bbq grill, fire pit etc). If you are a big group bring your own coffee, bathroom toiletries and all you might need to cook/prepare your meals. Mike(Host) is super helpful and friendly.

Big home with a beautiful backyard

Let me start this off by saying the house is beautiful, nice and big for all 9 of us. Very spacious! We all had a great time and the view in the back is gorgeous! Check in and check out were a breeze. A few things to keep in mind for the next guest; There were not enough towels for everyone but there was a washer and dryer so cleaning them daily wasnt much of an issue. We did have to go purchase our own laundry soap however since there was only enough for one load. The house only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen so we did have to go out and purchase those as well. The house was decently clean but there was someone's leftover Panda Express on the top balcony, one of the tables in the kitchen had what seemed like sticky ice cream left on it, one of our guests accidentally dropped their phone in the couch and was greated with food crumbs while retrieving it, the jacuzzi had a build up of hair and bugs, and there was someone's leftover snack of tuna and crackers in the garage. All of which isnt much of a big deal and easily cleanable ourselves but with the cleaning fee and tip jar for the housekeeper it's issues we did not expect. When you check out you have to take out the trash, strip all of the linens off of the bed, and start the dishwasher which is totally understandable, and with the guests doing that at check out you'd expect the housekeepers would be able to take care of the smaller details. Overall, it was a great stay and well worth the money. Loved the house and location. And we would stay here again.

Remote house

This house is remotely located. Access road is loose gravel. Cell phone and Wifi coverage is weak. Inside home is clean, but not outside, may be because of recent rains.

Hi Vamsee, we’re sorry that your stay was not a five-star experience. The owners have some feedback for you: Our road is a private community road, so in order to maintain it, we put down gravel regularly to aid in traction. We find that it is effective. We’re sorry that you experienced some trouble with cell and WiFi service, but this is a known problem. We are on a waiting list for faster satellite internet speeds through Starlink, hopefully soon. Our back porch rain gutter washed out during a recent monsoon storm, which they have been worse than in previous years. We’re sorry for the mess but it has since been fixed and cleaned up. We hope that you return next year, especially considering these issues are resolved for your next visit.

Family Fun

We had a group of 12 of us. House provided plenty of room for everyone. Huge kitchen area where everyone could eat together. Great location - close to Rainbow Lake so kids could paddleboard, kayak and fish. Family had a wonderful time.

Great, big, comfortable house

The house was as described & ready for us at check-in. Everything was in working order other than a couple of non-necessary kitchen appliances. A lot of room for our extended family gathering. Very nice setting in a quiet, very spaced out "neighborhood". Great host & great communication. We all voted to stay here again.

Amazing stay

We had a great time!! The house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. We had a group of 3 families stay and we had plenty of room, everyone had a bedroom. The backyard is spectacular and location os great!!

Family Getaway

The house was perfect! Communication was great and so helpful! My family really enjoyed staying here and hope to get to stay here again for our next family getaway in the woods!

Spacious, Large Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house definitely has a “wow factor”. Large kitchen and dining area for big groups. Spacious guest rooms, huge master bedroom. The house was full of very convenient amenities. Outside back area was nice and relaxing. The built in BBQ grill with seating was a nice! Also loved the 2nd floor balcony to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this house to any large group! It was a great time!
