Great little getaway!!!

Close to everything but just far enough away not to be crowded. Very clean and reasonably priced condo. Had a great time!

Perfectly quiet neighborhood, short walk to an uncrowded beach. No frills to the place, but suited our needs perfectly. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a couple or small family!

The pictures were accurate and all of the other positive reviews didn't do it justice. We had a perfect time, except the 8" of rain during 2 days of our stay. It is away from all of the tourist stuff, but close enough that we kept our 8 year old grandson occupied. During the rain, we couldn't swim, but there was a ton of sea life that washed up (moon jelly fish, blue button jelly fish, a small file fish,...

Better than advertised

This property was cute, comfortable, and perfect for a quick getaway. It was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The communication with the owner was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

I had such a wonderful visit to Florida while staying at this condo! The property management/owners were very helpful with the couple of questions I had and quickly responded. The short walk to the beach (not crowded and really beautiful) was great and the condo was quiet and clean. The location was convenient, close to Publix and other stores. I left yesterday and I already miss having my morning cup of coffee on that serene deck with the birds singing in the palm trees. I will definitely book it again for my next trip!

This was perfect for my family of 4! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great location for a family! Not the busy strip but close enough to it to go enjoy it and have quiet time when you are ready to wind down. The beach here is not over crowded so you get good scenery for pictures, clear water, just all around PERFECT!

Thank you for staying with us and for your review. We are sorry to hear that you experienced some inconvenience with hot water supply. We encourage all our guests to immediately report to us all inconveniences and malfunctions that may, indeed, happen to any piece of equipment. We verified your complain and it seems that the possible shortage of hot water supply was the result of unplanned use. As we emphasized in our advertisement, the unit is designed for use of no more than two adults and two young children. Due to space limitation, the hot water tank size is 30 gallons. If more than two adults take shower consecutively, combined with use of the washer and/or dishwasher, you may experience the shortage of the hot water. Again, we are sorry for that inconvenience, and hope that you still enjoyed the main wonders of your vacation - wonderful beach and an ocean.

Relaxing spot for a vacation

This rental was as described. This was a very short walk to a very beautiful beach. The rental has most of the basics supplied. The grocery stores are just around the corner and all the "tourist" activities are a short drive away.. The Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired... but there are many places to go to access the web. The owner responded to our requests and concerns very quickly. They also sent us information on attractions and restaurants in the area worth visiting. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We walked the beach many nights and were never concerned for our safety. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visited this beach in the future.

Perfect for the price

My husband and I visted with our three year old and 10 month old. I was so pleased with the cleanliness of Unit 101! I really appreciated the promptness of the owners response and the willingness to communicate throughout our stay. We really hope to return soon. Pros Affordable Clean Close proximity to the beach and grocery store Quiet, family friendly Close walk to beach pier access Friendly owner Cons No access to a pool Unit is upstairs Overall this is really worth a stay if you do not mind walking upstairs and having no pool. The beach was enough for us!!
