Sea Shell Haven Family Home, 300 yards from the beach, 2 private docks, Grill!

We are located in the center of Little Gasparilla Island approximately 100 yards from the bay and 300 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. (See location map) From our home you can fish, crab, or shrimp off one of two private docks, search the miles of white sand beach for exotic sea shells, surf fish the beautiful waters of the gulf, or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous beach that Little Gasparilla Island is famous for.

PLEASE NOTE: Maximum length on a boat is 24 feet. Can not be any longer. One boat only.

Access to the island is by your own boat or there is a private water taxi(search Pirates Water Taxi)available at a reasonable rate. This lack of a bridge makes LGI unique and adds to it's relaxed atmosphere. There are no paved streets only sand roads with the main mode of transportation golf carts and foot power. Rental golf carts are available through Paradise Carts or LGI Carts.

We built this home for our family to use and it has worked perfectly for us and will for you too. There are 4 bedrooms all with king size beds and 2 full baths and 2 half baths. The Living room and each bedroom has a TV connected to Dish Network. There are porches on front and back and 2 decks off the second floor bedrooms. The living area is very open so everyone can be together whether cooking dinner or watching TV.

The house has everything you need to have a great vacation. From a kitchen complete with all appliances, pots and pans, and a complete selection of spices to beach chairs for relaxing on the beautiful white sand beach. Our house has it all!!

Downstairs is another large deck for relaxing and a large outside shower with hot and cold water.

We had substantial damage from Hurricane Ian in September 2022. It took us over a year to repair, renovate and redecorate. The biggest transformation was to the kitchen, dining and living room. We have all new cabinets with quartz counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and updated lighting. There is all new furniture in the living room and dining room and new flooring in most of the downstairs.

The house has everything you need for a great vacation. All linins. A kitchen complete with all appliances, pots and pans and a selection of spices. There are beach chairs for relaxing on the white sand beach.
