Close to four public beach access points, this stylish condo offers easy beach days, resort-style amenities, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere — perfect for families, friends, bachelorettes, couples, snowbirds or group getaways.

*West Allen Loop Beach Access – ~0.7 miles (bikeable or about a 3–4 minute drive). Public neighborhood access with a slightly wider beach area than Martha’s Lane. Limited parking, but a great option for biking or short drives.
*Ed Walline Regional Beach Access – ~1.5 miles (5–7 minute drive). A full-service regional access with ample parking, restrooms, and beach amenities. This is the best option for guests wanting the largest and most equipped beach access nearby.
*Dune Allen Regional Beach Access – ~2.2 miles (6–8 minute drive). A quieter regional beach access serving the western end of 30A. Offers full parking, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards, making it a reliable and relaxed option for longer beach days.

Things to Know
* Must sign rental agreement upon booking.
* A $600 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
* There is a Ring Doorbell camera at the front entrance.
* Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
* Check in is 4:00PM / Check out is 11:00AM
* Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out to ensure the beach house is ready for the next guests. Failing to vacate the property by 11:00AM will result in a $50.00 fee for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour.
Good Neighbor Policy
We want you to have fun but please keep in mind this is a family-friendly community. Please be respectful of neighbors, shared spaces, and community amenities. Excessive noise, unauthorized guests, or rule violations may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Artwork is virtually staged while installation is scheduled for January and new pictures by early February. The pieces shown are the exact artworks.
