Quietude offers its guests just that, a quiet beach cottage in a quaint little area right of 30A known as Dalton Cottages. You're close to 2 different beach accesses and the community's pool is just up the road. With room for 8 and a quiet location tucked within the trees, Quietude will make a great retreat for your next 30A vacation.

This dog-friendly, upscale cottage features an open concept main area where gathering together is a breeze. The fireplace creates an inviting spot to relax and watch movies during rainy days. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with premium appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms along with a hallway bathroom. The whole home is set-up with high-speed internet for all of your screens and devices.

The convenient 1st Floor master bedroom opens to the screened backyard porch. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch or step onto the wooded nature trail for a brisk morning walk. This space is a true outdoor sanctuary! Head back here for a meal al fresco or to just enjoy the sights and sounds of the nature surrounding you.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. porch access. Private bathroom with claw foot tub and large shower.
1st Floor, Living Room: Sofa pulls out to queen bed. Shared guest bathroom with large shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Beach Access:
Take May Dr to Eastern Lake Rd, then Camelot Ln to Dalton Place pool area. Use the private boardwalk to Ramsgate beach access. Alternatively, walk 0.3 miles to the Eastern Lake public beach access.

Dalton Place:
Located near Eastern Lake, this is the perfect location for easy walking access to both Ramsgate & Eastern Lake Beach access just 2 blocks away, right past the community swimming pool. After a day at the beach or pool, enjoy a family dining experience at Bud & Alleys or Old Florida Fish House just minutes away. Looking for more activities? Take a bike ride into Seaside or enjoy hiking the miles of trails inside Point Washington State Forest.

Greenway Station:
Be on the lookout for the grand opening of Greenway Station. This emporium will shelter 15 small businesses, ensuring all your dining and shopping needs will be met. Greenway Station is a modern, walkable space in the heart of 30A, bordering Point Washington State Forest in Seagrove Beach. Easily access this lush forest at the park’s trailhead and enjoy the expansive network of hiking and bike trails. And with the Timpoochee Trail bike/walking path just in front of the hub, you’ll have easy access to the rest of 30A’s unique communities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
