The condo was fine, but the experience with the property management will keep me from ever staying at a Liquid Life property again. Do not arrive on time for checkin- they won’t let you in until 4pm sharp, and even then it took several minutes after for the door code to activate. I even called at 3:59 thinking I was doing the code wrong and they wouldn’t help. Then we had an issue during our stay where I texted, and messaged on the app and neither went answered. I finally called after several hours and the lady I got through to after hours had no visibility to messages and had no idea. Be prepared to bring everything with you too, because they don’t stock the room with any supplies. No salt or anything, no extra trash bags, a very small thing of hand soap, only 2 dishpods that they expect you to hold on to one to use at checkout, etc. Overall avoid Liquid Life- there are other rental companies in the complex that others had a much better experience with.

We require a 4:00 PM check-in and apologize the door code did not activate immediately; we’ll review our code activation process to prevent that delay. Your notes about unanswered messages and after‑hours visibility have been shared with our operations team so we can improve message handling and staff access to guest communications. We’ll also review our housekeeping stocking checklist to ensure essential items are provided. When walking into the unit we smelled mold. We immediately called the service number after not getting a response from the host via text(I did so 2 days later). We gave her 2 options, either refund us or move us to another unit as it was unacceptable! She said, yes sir that’s unacceptable, I’ll send someone from maintenance over right away. About 2 hours later, a gentleman knocked at our door. He came in smelled mildew/ mold. He spoke with his supervisor about the unit. The unit above had huge water leak a few weeks prior. He was shocked and took pictures. He sprayed the spots and would let them know it wasn’t acceptable to stay in. There was water damage in both of our bathrooms and paint peeling off of the walls. After he left, we didn’t hear back from anyone. We were stuck. We always get groceries to cook while we are visiting. The kitchen had the bare minimum for cooking. The oven worked just fine, however, the icon controls for the burners were rubbed off so you couldn’t tell which burner was going to go on or what you had it set for. And if you are a coffee drinker make sure you get Mr. Coffee filters, there are none. We have been visiting Phoenix 10 for years and this has been the first unit we have had any issues with. Other units provide A TON more. I would NEVER stay at this place again. Please stay away from this unit! The place needs full water/ mold remediation!

Had to pay 100 extra to check in early, knowing it wasn’t booked at the time. The floors weren’t very clean. I messaged the host about fans and no response. Not very close to anything. Have to drive everywhere besides the literal beach. I did love the access to the pools, the pools themselves and view. Water pressure was great. Beds were comfy.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as described and one of the highlights was the incredible beach view. Waking up each morning and seeing the ocean right from the room was absolutely beautiful and made our trip even more relaxing.The room was spotless when we arrived and very well maintained throughout our stay. Everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable. The accommodations had everything we needed, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing beach views.
