Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious 4th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama! We also have the 2br unit just two doors down should you need more room!!



Conveniently located just three condos from the Parking Garage!!! Park on the same floor!!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great location, we loved the very under the sea vibe! Our oldest son proposed on the beach and it was perfect! The staff at phoenix x were very nice and accommodating as well

Beach-tastic vacation

We had to extend our stay because we had so much fun! First time to Orange Beach and we lived it. My granddaughter loves the beach and never wanted to leave. Swam in both pools, played in the ocean, played bingo at Flora-Bama, hunted crabs at night. The perfect vacation!

Great Condo

Awesome location!! The condo was clean and well stocked!! Awesome view with great balcony set up. The extra ice maker was an added bonus. The bathtub was hard to bathe toddlers in but other than that it was perfect! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

The condo and decor was happy and bright. However, the condo was not very clean and really needed some maintenance. There were dishes in the dishwasher that had been sitting for a very long time and had to be rewashed (if we didn't we would not have had any forks to use). There were items that were in disrepair (toilet brushes broken and light fixtures broken). Also, it looked like they had remodeled a while back and all of the closets in each room had old decor in them. On the porch, there were extra rugs and a table left upside down that either needed to be removed or cleaned and used. We were let some dishwasher packets and one dishrag, but no dish soap or scrub sponges. These were really needed as each pot that I tried to use from the cabinets were dirty. It could have been such a great condo, it just really needed some work and some good cleaning.

With 7 ladies, a couple more bath towels and washcloths would have been nice (only 8 provided). Condo could use a deep clean. Twin beds had sand on bedspread and we washed all bedding before using. Was awesome to have washer and dryer! Furniture could use a good vacuuming too- lots of food bits around cushions. We would absolutely stay again as it is a nice place, just recommend bringing some extra bath towels if you have more than 4 people and paper towels or cleaning wipes to tidy up a bit. We had a great time! Would recommend!

The 2nd bathroom tub was extremely difficult/awkward to enter and exit without falling. The master shower had black spots In the tiles that looked like mold. “?” This is the only 3 bdrm condo we have stayed in which only had 2 baths.

Octopus overload

The pictures did not covey the love of octopuses by the owner. It was a little much. The bathtub in the shower was not a concern when I booked but there were people in my group that struggled to get in and out of the tub/shower because the shower door would not slide for them to get in the lower side of the tub. Definitely a slip hazard. A new master bed/headboard should be purchased. The door stops behind the headboard are trashy. Felt like I was in a cheap hotel. Deep pocket king sheets need to be purchased. The current sheets do not stay on. Someone needs to pull the ice maker out and inspect the back wall. I smelled mold.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. I’ve stayed at this Phoenix before. This was my first time staying in this condo though. It was very dirty. We found a used bandaid in the master room. There were alot of broken items - such as the toilet paper holders, the pads on all of the bar stools were broken, the laundry room just had random things thrown into it to where we couldn’t get to the washer and drier without taking out all of the items first, and there was hair in the refrigerator when we first got there. The freezer had not been emptied completely neither.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is decorated beautifully and overall we had an amazing week! However, upon arriving, I noticed it did not seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned. I had to wipe down everything in the kitchen. The appliances were greasy, cabinet doors had spills, coffee maker was filthy. In the 2nd bathroom, the tub was dirty and had to be cleaned. The floor was sandy, which is to be expected, so no big deal. It seemed like all that was done was a quick wipe down of a few things and the linens changed. Otherwise it was not very clean. There was sand all over inside the fridge. Several lightbulbs were out. None of the electrical outlets in both bathrooms worked. The A/C filter inside the laundry room had about an inch of dust/lint on it. Had not been changed in a very long time. I think the owner or management company need to go out and assess and maybe do a deep clean and assessment of things that need to be changed/fixed. Maybe the housekeepers were too busy/overwhelmed to properly clean it this time. I'm not sure. All of this was minor as we spent most of our time at the beach and once I cleaned it myself, it was fine.

The view was wonderful and there was plenty of space in the condo. My only negative was the dryer. Small loads of clothes would not dry. I dried a load of clothes 3 times and nothing was dry. I feel like there is probably a lot of lint clogging the lines, which could be a fire hazard if not cleaned out. Other than that, the condo itself was wonderful!

Upon arrival, the condo was clean and it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything was in great condition for my stay. The interior was beautifully decorated and made it feel like home. The location is perfect. The condo is close to the Gulf State Park (which is great for a nature walk), many restaurants, and shops. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for nice beach getaway.
