From the moment you enter this home you will notice the openness and welcoming feeling. This home has been completely remodeled. The entire entryway, Family Room, Kitchen area is ceramic tile. All new granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms. All Bedrooms and Baths are Vinyl Wood Planking which is perfect for anyone with allergies. You won't find a more immaculate home anywhere. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player and Ceiling Fan. The master BR has a 50-inch flat screen TV, the En-Suite has a 40-inch flat screen TV and the other bedrooms have 32-inch flat screen TV's. The Family Room has a 55-inch flat screen TV. The home comes with free wireless internet/cable TV. Modern appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. After a full day at the park you and the family will want to relax in your private pool. Don't worry about bringing Beach Towels they are included. Take advantage of the barbecue grill on the lanai and eat at the patio table which seats six. You won't have to worry about any neighbors staring at you. You will look at a beautifully landscaped hedge in the back and no neighbors on the other side of the hedge. If the kids are still not exhausted from the day at the park, steer them to the Game Room in the Garage where there is an Air Hockey Table, 8-ft Pool Table, 40-inch TV, a Basketball Pop-a-shot and Bean Bag set. For those who enjoy exercising, there is a Schwinn Elliptical Machine. Or you can come inside and enjoy a movie in the family room. There are DVD's, CD's, DVD player and stereo. Once the kids are settled, Mom or Dad can enjoy the new huge walk-in shower (completed 10/2019) in the Master Bedroom. We also have a Pack and Play. There are plenty of character dishes in the cabinets for the kids. If you want to take a break from visiting the parks you can take advantage of the huge Community Pool with hot tub, Jacuzzi and splash park. The club house offers Pool tables, Ping Pong, a 75-seat private cinema, free WI-FI, fully-equipped exercise room and newly remodeled Sundry Shop with Tiki Bar. Also Tennis Courts, Beach Volleyball or Basketball. All these amenities are just steps from your villa.

This is the best property we have ever rented and we do 3-4 VRBO trips a year. The location is great and the house was immaculate. The layout was perfect and it was extremely well stocked in the kitchen and with linens. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay in this villa and we were so happy to be back. Fabulous villa, quiet location within easy reach of parks (only 10-15 mins to Disney). Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and kitchen was well equipped. Management company very responsive.

The house was very clean and set up perfectly for our stay. We enjoyed the pool table, how roomy it was in the house, etc. I am very happy I chose this property. I wish I couldā€™ve stayed longer. The communication from the host was amazing as well. They are very nice and welcoming. I will say also I felt extremely safe with it being a gated community and seeing residents walking their pets and taking evening strolls.

This house was absolutely perfect and added to the magic of our vacation. The house was clean, well maintained, and had wonderful amenities to keep our 5 boys happy and busy. Communication was quick and clear and you just canā€™t beat the location! We could not have asked for anything better!

Nice house

We stayed at this house for 11 days vacation.Itā€™s located in a nice and gated community. It was closed to theme parks and restaurants. Chuck was a wonderful host. We would love to stay in this house again and recommend it for a family vacation.

A wonderful place to stay

We couldnā€™t be happier with this home during our stay. Super close to Disney and only 30 minutes from Universal and an hour from the Kennedy Space Center. Lots of nearby dining and shopping opportunities. (Tip: Avoid the WalMart. Itā€™s like experiencing hell on earth. The Target is much more manageable.)

Great place!

I stayed with my 12 and 10 year olds and their dad for 4 nights while we visited parks. The house was beautiful, quiet neighborhood and in a great location. I love that there is a manned gate in and out! Would definitely stay again!

We are the Wicks'.(Sue and Chuck) We live in Sugar Grove, Il. Chuck is a retired electrical engineer. I recently retired after working part time at our local community college. We have 3 grown children and 8 beautiful grandkids. We are fortunate that they live close and can see them often. We are busy attending their activities such as baseball, soccer, basketball, bowling and play productions. Oh, and babysitting and sleepovers. We enjoy every minute of it!!

Chuck and I fell in love with Disney when we traveled to California on our Honeymoon and visited Disneyland. We were hooked. When the kids were little we went to Disneyworld almost every year. The kids then married and fortunately their spouses are also enthusiastic about Disney as much as the rest of us. Of course, the grandkids love it. Chuck and I wanted to provide a place that we could all get together as a family and enjoy Disney. We want our home to be for you what we expect when we rent a home. We have done our best to provide a clean, well-maintained, welcoming and fun place to stay while you visit the Florida area. We do this for our family and for you too. We have made many improvements since purchasing this home and continue to make upgrades when we visit. The most recent upgrade was to redo the Master Bath area. The existing tub was converted into a large walk-in shower and the existing shower converted to a linen closet. We feel confident that you will have a fantastic stay in our home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Chuck and I looked at many homes in the Kissimmee area. We wanted a safe, well-maintained neighborhood in which to buy. Our Realtor showed us the home at 8074 King Palm Cir and we both knew that our search was over. We were so impressed by the well-maintained neighborhood. When we viewed the home we were impressed with the layout and size. We knew that once we did some renovations, that this would be the perfect home for us and our family. I absolutely love the view in the back of the house. There are no neighbors beyond the beautiful hedge with lovely trees. The clubhouse is about as close as you can get and has a nice sundry shop. We have had such a fun time making the improvements and always look forward to our visits there.
