Exec. 4 Bedroom Home nr Disney, Backs onto Conservation lands

Welcome to Sunset Palms! Situated only four miles from Disney and the other major theme parks. Just off the popular Highway 192 and all its restaurants and activities.
Our pool is south facing and has sunshine from morning until sunset. It is backing onto a pond and beautiful conservation lands - very private and a great sense of being away from it all.
The house is decorated in quality furnishings. We stay at the house a couple of months every year ourselves and try to keep it maintained as if it were our first home.
A King and two Queen-sized beds in three of the bedrooms. Two twin beds in the kids room. Free use of crib for a baby.
Oversized tub in the master ensuite. Access to the pool area via the main living room and the master bedroom.
Sunset Lakes is an exclusive Gated Community. Community features include swimming pool, kids playground, and fishing docks off the larger lakes (quality bass and other fish).



Internet Access: Both WIFI and Wired internet access included at the house.

Free calls to anywhere in the US.

Travelling with kids?: We have a crib, playpen, highchair, stroller, booster seat and toys for kids staying at the home. Xbox for older children. Foosball game in the games room/garage.

Great host, very easy to communicate with and the villa was just lovely. Great clean living areas and the back pool area is quite special with the conservation area behind it, made it feel very private. Highly recommend and would stay again if we visit Orlando again.

Great and clean property, ideally located a short drive from all the parks and restaurants. This was our second visit to this holiday rental, and wouldn't hesitate in going back again. Communication with the host was great.

Loved the house!

Super easy check in. The house was perfect. Game room offered for the kids. I even seen a game system with plenty of games. The pool area was super clean. Floatation devices offered. Alarm goes off loudly when the pool sliding glass doors are opened. Lock that is placed about 5 feet up. If you have littles... this is great! Completely fenced in no bugs bothering as you enjoy the pool area. Best part of our 4 day stay was the home itself! Says alot when we even took the kids to Epic Universe while there. Definitely recommend!

Excellent villa for a large family. This villa has everything you need to make the most out of your trip. 10 mins away from the Disney parks and 30 from universal. Pool area great with a large gas BBQ which is great for pool days which come in handy for the hectic trip. All in all a this villa has it from location to equipment you need

Once again, Excellent Villa

This was our fourth stay at Andrew’s Villa, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Disney and all essential amenities.The villa is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The pool is a perfect spot to unwind, and the view of the surrounding wildlife is always peaceful and therapeutic.Communication with Andrew has consistently been excellent—friendly, prompt, and professional. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Nightmare

The first night at property our rental vehicle got towed for being to close to side walk. Come to find out that the HOA is in cahoots with the tow company. Management said “it was our problem”. Once in a lifetime trip to Disney ruined! Jacuzzi tub had mold coming out the jets! Some appliances didn’t work! So disappointing.

Wonderful time

We enjoyed our time at this home. The check in was easy. The home is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and watching the wild life in the pond. We have already reserved it for next year. Very happy with the home, the owner and the management company.

Wonderful vacation getaway

We were pleased to find the house very clean and the decor has been nicely updated. The king bed in the master bedroom is comfortable, as is the theatre seating in the living room. The pond and the wildlife in the surrounding conservation area was something we looked forward to viewing every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall Good Experience But No Attention to Detail

The place was as described and reasonably clean, and we had a good experience. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed nice enough. However, what is preventing an excellent experience/5 star rating is an overall theme of no attention to detail throughout the rental. It was not spotless, the master bathroom had a wet smell if the fan was not constantly on and the reusables (tp, dish soap, etc) on site were (as described) extremely stingy or not supplied.

Old, Dated , and Dirty

Great location, lots of room. The place was Very dusty and Dated. I have pictures to show. After a few days we noticed the dryer hose had been repaired with plastic wrap and it was busted. That’s what made the place dusty. It was fixed the next day but by this time we all had sore throats. Pool was nice but needs work, it had lots of green moss and mould in the grout grooves. The place was dirty. I told the owner but he wanted. Me to contact the property manager. I didn’t feel it was my duty to do so. The return air ducts were plugged with dust and the blinds were filthy

Nice house and swimming pool. Area that we have visited many times is well maintained and with good shopping opportunities nearby. Returned home planned the day before the storm "Milton" and we hope the area avoided destruction.

Fantastic villa

We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean, well presented, and had everything we needed for our 10 night stay. There was toilet paper, kitchen paper, and dishwasher tablets left for us when we arrived which was most welcome, but Walmart is just down the road so it was easy enough for us to get further essentials. The villa was spacious and comfortable enough for four adults, and all the kitchen equipment, washing machine etc., was very easy to use. All instructions were easy to follow. The outdoor space though...just wow! The lake at the back made for a very peaceful morning outdoor breakfast, and the pool was just perfect. We had no issues with the lanai screen - everything was just fine. And the pool does indeed get the sun from early morning until late afternoon. The BBQ worked perfectly well too. The location is also perfect. The villa is close enough to Disney and Universal, and it was also very convenient for the 192. There are a number of local restaurants on the 192 that were about 8-10 minute drive, but we made use of Uber so that our designated driver could have a drink. I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again. In fact, I'm already eyeing it up for our next trip! I just wish we could stay for much longer, but sadly work commitments don't allow it. Don't pass this wonderful villa up. You'll regret it if you do. Thank you Mr and Mrs Moore for an amazing stay. We hope to be back at your gorgeous villa soon.

A Perfect Home Away from Home Near Disney World!

We recently stayed at this wonderful rental property and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive away from Disney World, making it perfect for families looking to maximize their time at the parks. The property itself is a true gem. Fantastic!

It was our first time staying off of Disney property when we come for the parks and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect, loved that it’s a gated community, the host was quick to respond if we had a question. The beds were so comfortable!!! It was a great stay and we will be back! One suggestion….a pizza pan!

Absolutely perfect!

I cannot fault our stay here at all. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We did do our laundry several times and once did need to flip switch on fusebox but it worked fine after that. The pool was regularly cleaned and we were there during a public holiday. This place is so so vlose to disney world, we never had to do any long drives as we just visited disney this time. Everything worked as it was meant to. Plenty of towels for the time we were there. . We would absolutely stay here agin. . The views across the water were absolutely beautiful and it was so nice to wake up to such a beautiful view. enough space for several families to stay. And enough space for everyone staying. Table big enough to sit everyone and storage space enough for the capaciry of the house. . The pool was much bigger than we felt it looked in the pictures and the kids had the best time having their own pool all week. Overall i can not fault our stay here. Thanks fso much for the perfect relacing stay.

2.5 weeks in a lovely home

After the comms and arriving in Orlando we went to the home, was easy to get in following the instructions and everything we wanted was there. Just needed to fill the fridge, sort out who is in what room and away we went. Pool is great and location is great. Great holiday thank you

Great house, comfortable, spacious, lovely pool and quiet location, but near to Disney.

We have a fabulous time here. The house was well equipped, comfy and clean, ideal for our family. We loved the swimming pool and the view beyond. Ideally situated for Disney, restaurants and supermarket. If we return to Florida we would definitely want to stay here again.
