Comfortable Outside and Comfortable Inside:
Orange County enjoys bright sunny days (avg of 279 sunny days/year) usually with moderate temperatures (avg 76 deg F in July). The climate here is very pleasant.
The condo features a covered balcony patio. The patio is furnished with a lounging area on one side and on the other side is an eating area. The stone-topped bistro table has comfortable cushioned chairs for alfresco dining and/or your morning coffee/evening cocktails. The patio has a bamboo skirting that provides beauty and privacy for you. From your private balcony you will enjoy the splendid ever-changing views of the distant Saddleback Mountains. What a view!

Comfort inside with a spacious open floor plan with tall vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining room. The TV area has a large flat-screen TV that sits on top of an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 or you may decide to dine outside on the balcony.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed. There is a standing 5-drawer dresser, a night stand on each side of the bed with matching lamps, and a flat screen TV in a cabinet that faces the bed. There is a window A/C with remote, all for your summer comfort. The master bath is right around the corner with tub/shower, toilet, sink, and skylight to provide a lot of natural lighting. The master bedroom suite is a very private area of the condo – Shut the bedroom door and you’re in your own little getaway.
The guest room bed is queen sized with the guest bath right across the hall. The guest room can also be used as an office area.

Clean:
The condo’s interior is bright and airy with natural light coming in throughout the entire condo. There are skylights in both bathrooms which really add to the amount of natural light the space gets. Our housekeeper uses advanced cleaning practices for your protection. There is a minimum of 2 days between guests.

Close to everything:
Area features include: World class restaurants, shopping, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Disneyland, Irvine Spectrum Center, Crystal Cove State Park, Balboa Pier, Corona del Mar State Beach, so many fun things to see and to do….. Overview:
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in a gated community with 24 hour access. The unit is non-smoking and no pets. One of the tenants must be at least 55 years of age. You will need to navigate one flight of steps as we are on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building and no elevator. Guests under 45 years of age may stay only if resident also is in the unit and may stay for up to 60 days in a calendar year.
Flat screen TV/DVR in front room and master bedroom. The guest room has a queen bed, the master bedroom has a king bed.

*processing of rental application $160. - one-time cost to GRF, non-refundable
*tenant background report $25. per tenant - requirement of rental application
*security deposit/electricity fee fund - anything damaged, needing repair, or missing will be reported and may involve your security deposit of $2000. Plus All electricity costs will be paid from your sec deposit/elect fee fund
*electricity cost is paid from your elect fee fund/security deposit
*cable TV is via your account with Village GRF Broadband Services
(Cable TV set-top box can be obtained during your first visit to the
Administration Building here at Laguna Woods Village.)
*check-out cleaning fee
