Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! As you drive over the bridge you will soon realize you are in paradise. Located at the north end of the island, the location of this home cannot be beat. Local shops, restaurants, Times Square and Bayside park are all within a walkable distance. Hop on the local trolley during season to explore the south end of Ft Myers Beach and all it has to offer.
Our home is perfect for up to 8 guests, including 3 bedrooms and a murphy bed in the livingroom. Bedroom 1 & 2 include king beds while bedroom 3 includes 2 trundle beds, one can be converted into a king bed, sleeping 3. A queen murphy bed is located in the livingroom. The upstairs includes 2 full bathrooms along with an additional full bath downstairs.
Our home is located directly on the Bay with a private boat dock. You will find a beautiful pool with unbelievable bay views. Enjoy a cocktail at the built in bar area or relax on the sun ledge. A grill is provided for those outdoor dinners by the pool.
Updated with modern furniture and flat screen T.V's in all bedrooms, our home can accommodate 8 guests comfortably.
Relax on the back patio watching the boats go by, fishing off of the dock, sunrises and sunsets and observing the Florida wildlife. You may even catch the dolphins and manatees playing in the bay. There is plenty of seating on the back patio to either relax or enjoy your lunch with the beautiful bay views.
Our home is about location, location, location, located 1/2 mile from Times Square, the sandy white beaches, shops and restaurants. Several parks and the Beach Pool are only a trolley ride away.
Our home has been completely remodeled from hurricane Ian with all updated features such as kitchen, bathrooms and an enclosed area by the pool w/ patio furnitue a bar and tv.

The PERFECT getaway

If I could leave this property more then 5 stars I would. The pictures do not do it enough justice. The location is close enough to the beach. The view makes the house hard to leave. Hope to come back with family again.

Spring getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here. House was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the downstairs bar area and pool. The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kevin and Nancy!

Extended Spring Break Stay

Piece of Paradise.

Took family to FMB for a week during spring break. This property is perfect in every aspect. Great location. You can easily walk to time square and the beach. The house is amazing. Spent several days floating in the pool watching boats pass by. Great outside area for entertaining and grilling. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Owners were wonderful and easy to work with.

This home was in the perfect location, just blocks from Time Square. The pool and views were gorgeous, plus all the extra provided (bikes, beach towels, grills, beach chairs, coolers, etc) made for a perfect stay. We will definitely be back.

Air Conditioner was broken!

The AC broke while we were staying at this house, we had no AC for over 2 nights was so hot we could not sleep, the owner tried to blame us for the AC being set too low, the AC man said it was a broken part after his second visit, she said she would refund us something now will not. There is also only one door to the pool outside with a child alarm on it, it goes off every time you open the door, so annoying. There is no sliding glass doors to the pool just a regular door so no way to avoid the alarm. The view is great and the house is nice but if something goes wrong do not expect any refunds! Two days of no sleep and a repair man in the house for most of one of the vacations days, would never stay here again, not worth the risk or the pool door alarm!

Man Cave

Many people would love this house but it was not a good fit for us. Pros: - Great location. Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants/bars of Fort Myers Beach. - Wonderful views of the water and boats from the back of the house.- Lovely neighborhood, inspiring to see how Fort Myers Beach is rebuilding after Hurricane Ian.- Excellent book "Hurricane Ian: Stories from the Storm" on the living room table. Read every word. Learned so much!- Five (5) huge flat screen TVs - although we barely watch TV.- Two bars, although we didn't use them.- Big black leather chairs and sofa. Cons:- No main floor access to the water side. This is the ONLY house we've seen on Fort Myers Beach - and we did a lot of waking around the area - that has no deck, no balcony, no opening windows or any way to get fresh air and outside access on the water side. This was frustrating for outdoorsy people like us.- No dining room table, no eating table at all. Just stools at the kitchen counters.- Neon ceiling lighting.- House is all black and grey hard surfaces inside and out, even the pool is dark grey, no plants or trees, nothing alive.- Very heavy traffic on the island due to reconstruction.- House was dirty when we arrived late Saturday, especially floors, bathrooms and sheets. Dust and hair everywhere. Owners said they had never had a problem with cleaning before - we believe them. These things happen. Owner came Sunday morning to help clean.

Perfect location and epic fishing spot

The location is in perfect proximity to the beach, restaurants, and various on the water activities. We caught snapper and red fish from the dock and watched a 5.5’ tarpon troll for a before sunrise breakfast thanks to the under water light. The sunrises were amazing and watching the cloud to cloud lightening in the afternoon storms from the panoramic view of the windows was mesmerizing.

Perfect Vacation!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and love Fort Myers Beach! This house took everything up a notch with the beautiful views and refreshing pool after a day on the ball fields. The house had everything you could want or need for the week! These owners left nothing to be needed when they stocked the house with so much to use and do, from beach items, appliances, games and fishing off the dock. We truly had an amazing week and experience staying in this house and Kevin and Nancy were always a text away for any question we had. This was the perfect property for our group. Pool and dock areas were amazing and a great location for the beach and local restaurants. Owners were great to deal with. Would absolutely do this again!!!

Absolutely awesome!

We couldn’t have asked for more from this house. Location is great, short walk to beach, restaurants and night life. The view of the bay is wonderful. And the house… fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels, beach chairs/toys, wagons to take items to the beach. The pool is perfect. We had a great time staying in this house and would definitely book again in the future!!

Amazing and fun!

Fort Meyers was a blast, I don’t think we could have gotten bored if we tried. Especially with the great place we stayed at. The house was set up perfectly, and the outdoor pool was awesome. Along with fishing off the dock. Close to the beach and popular events 👍🏻

Awesome Place!

Very nice and convenient location. It was close to the beach and restaurants (everything was in walking distance). There was also a dock that was great for fishing! The house was also very big and spacious. We plan on coming back to this place the next time we come to Fort Meyers!

Our home has a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to the sandy beaches. Shops, restaurants, Times Square and Bayside Parks are all within walking distance so no need for a car, Hop on the local trolley during season to take you to those places that are too far to walk such as Lover's Key and the grocery store (Publix). The views from our home are amazing.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You won't have a need to leave once you are out back relaxing by the pool and watching all the activity on the back bay. You will hear music from the local restaurants, watch the boats go by and every once in awhile you will get a free dolphin show and sometimes the manatees too. If you enjoy fishing, our dock is ready for endless days of fishing without leaving the home. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking and seen from the backyard.
