It is a semi-detached house with a very clever distribution, so that each party enjoys full privacy. The comfortable living room with large floor to ceiling windows looks out onto the tropical garden with private swimming pool. It is equipped with air conditioning and internet (optical fiber). The kitchen is fully equipped, including dish washer and washing machine. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and a shared shower room. The en suite master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed and air conditioning. It has a terrace with beautiful sea views and a hammock to relax in. The covered terrace in the garden is furnished with a dining table, a BBQ and four sun beds. The garden is an oasis full of colourful tropical plants. There is a small but well-stocked supermarket as well as a restaurant with a tapa bar and a shaded garden. Horse aficionados will find a very good stable with Andalusian stallions nearby.The charming fishing town of Conil is a 5 minute drive away. The access to the Fuente del Gallo beach is next to the villa.
