The Decadent Oasis is a sought-after destination perfect for groups of up to 10 friends and family for short vacation jaunts. Unlike most rentals in the network, this incredibly private, walled compound is professionally managed by a staff that intently caters to guest requirements not just during inquiries and bookings but more importantly during your stay. There are no personal belongings in the home, and check-in is a snap – the property is keyless with a keypad entry system, which is ideal for late arrivals and peace of mind.

Our company is dedicated to energy efficiency anywhere we can with LED lights, focusing on insulating the properties, ensuring they are sealed, high-efficiency air conditioners... We also pay everyone in our company a living wage with house earning at least $18 per hour.

The Spacious Residences
Decadent Oasis is an extremely special property, spanning 20,000 square feet of greenspace and two newly renovated structures totaling 4,000+ square feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all crisply air conditioned by 7 tons of new AC.

The Main Home contains 3 spacious bedrooms, two featuring ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom featuring two beds, which is ideal for families traveling with children..

outfitted with deep chocolate wood cabinetry and featuring every imaginable modern kitchen amenity - stainless appliances, large side-by-side refrigerator, double oven, two wine chillers, dedicated ice maker, standalone water cooler, breadmaker (great for the holidays), toaster oven and four burner cooktop – which prove essential for preparing group breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Plates, glassware, silverware and cookery are abundant, meaning Decadent Oasis is truly a home kitchen away from home. The pantry is stocked with some essentials (see Amenities below) so you can utilize the home right away without having to run to the grocery for certain items upon arrival. Off the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 10 people.

A separate structure on the compound, the Cottages, are located in the rear of the property just beyond the outdoor terrace and swimming pool (see Amenities below), accessible by a dedicated walkway. The Cottages offer incredible privacy for two couples, featuring two completely independent living suites, with modern bathrooms and miniature kitchens, one featuring a cooking range. The suites have separate private entrances and independent air conditioning systems.

The Lush Grounds & Amenities
Decadent Oasis is both – an over the top setting for private revelry, and a transportive oasis of calm. The home has a large driveway which accommodates up to 8 vehicles, with lush landscapes of green grass and 7 varieties of indigenous, native palm trees adorning the gardens and property perimeters. The backyard is completely walled and private, with no direct sightlines to neighboring homes. Because Decadent Oasis is located in a enclosed residential neighborhood on a dead-end street, street traffic is very minimal, and the likelihood of noise complaints are reduced. The 9,000 sq. ft. home directly next door is the former residence of Jackie Gleason.

POOL – There is a large, deep, heated swimming pool in the backyard with an embedded LED lighting system. Aside the pool are 6 comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing. The pool is 100% professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring it’s crystal clear

OUTDOOR TERRACE – The expansive outdoor terrace is the perfect chill-out lounge for large groups, completely outfitted with pillows, daybeds, separate seating and a huge marble-inlaid table to accommodate lunch spreads or nighttime cocktails. The easily-washed tile flooring extends all the way to the BBQ area and also downward to become the pool deck.

OUTDOOR BBQ – Outdoor food preparation, cooking and dining are easy with a large BBQ and dining area on the outdoor terrace. Guests will receive one propane tank.

BILLIARDS ROOM – The Billiards room is perfect for entertaining, dancing or playing games, featuring a large, top-of-the-line Brunswick pool table with camel felt and plenty of quality pool cues.

THE WORKPLACE– Between the Billiards Room and Living Room is a dedicated workplace.

LED LIGHTING SYSTEMS – The palm trees in the backyard, the pool, the living room, and the master bath have incredible, independent LED lighting systems which change colors and (some) can be programmed through an app to pulse to music. Ask us how to set this up.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM – There is a separate enclosed laundry room with high-capacity front loading washer and dryer

The Incredible Location
Decadent Oasis is centrally located between downtown Fort Lauderdale (15 minutes), downtown Miami (25 minutes), and only 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Within 1 mile of the house is over 50 restaurants, clubs, bars and grocery markets in Hollywood; 4 miles away is Aventura Mall with over 300 department stores and boutiques; 4 miles away are the sands of Hollywood Beach; 3 miles away is Gulfstream Park horse racing; 7 miles away is The Hard Rock Casino, featuring gambling and national act live music; for golf enthusiasts, there are multiple courses, ranging from inexpensive to luxurious, within 10 minutes (there is a set of Callaway golf clubs at the house for your use; and 4 miles away is Anne Kolb Nature Center, featuring kayaking, boating and wildlife sightings, including endangered species. Because Decadent Oasis can accommodate up to 10 people, and we’re in such close proximity, many of our house guests travel to South Florida for Miami’s iconic year-round events such as Winter Music Conference, Art Basel, and The South Beach Food & Wine Festival.

House Rules
While we prohibit parties in the house to outsiders out of respect to our neighbors, we encourage our guests to fully utilize the house, and entertain among themselves. No smoking is allowed inside the house, but allowed on the terrace. Please, no music on the terrace or hot tub after 10pm.

While there is a wall around the entire property our pool is not fenced in. Therefore we do not allow children who can't swim onto the property and a waiver is required to be signed prior to check in.
