The living room has a massive, deep cushion L shaped queen sofa sleeper, 50” flat screen TV, free WIFI & premium cable TV. Two people can literally stretch out and fall asleep on this super comfy sofa. It’s also perfect for the ultimate movie night after a long day of fun in Denver. Or both!

There is a completely remodeled Euro style kitchenette with a 20” 4 burner stove/oven, under cabinet fridge/freezer and full sized dishwasher. Eat up breakfast bar for two. Full sized dining table that will seat 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets you would need. A full sized laundry is located in the apartment with a front load washer and dryer. The unit also has A/C which can be rare in Denver.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is a breeze from this apartment. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. A b-ride bicycle rental station. An Uber or Lyft can take you downtown or to the many attractions in the area for $5-$10.

This apartment/home is owned by my parents and I manage it for them. (I'm their daughter) I am an experienced property manager and strive to make your stay perfect. I live across the street which is helpful for any troubleshooting or questions.
