I'm sorry to hear that the property wasn't as tidy as you would have liked, and that the instructions for the AC, TV, and washer/dryer weren't clearer. That's exactly the kind of thing we want to fix, and I'll be following up with our team on both. I also want to address the communication piece, because it matters a lot to us. Prior to your arrival, we'd had communication with you via VRBO messaging, email, and a phone call with a follow-up text, so I was surprised to hear you weren't able to reach anyone with questions during your stay. Responsiveness is something we really pride ourselves on. I'd love to understand what happened on our end so we can make sure it doesn't happen again for you or any future guest.
